Located in the North End of the island on Ocean Avenue, just 2 short blocks to the beach and boardwalk and 3 blocks to the wonderful downtown shopping district on Asbury Avenue! The spacious front porch is a private spot where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee, enjoy a meal al fresco or steal an afternoon nap! Upon opening the front door, a large open concept great room-kitchen greets you! A new custom kitchen with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertop and luxury appliances fully stocked with dinnerware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glassware, cookware and bakeware! The dining table accommodates 8 comfortably with two additional seats at the kitchen island. Non-metered street parking and a one car garage behind the house with additional parking in the driveway allows you to park your car(s) and walk everywhere! Bring your bikes to explore the island and bike ride on the boardwalk every morning! Tennis courts are located 1/2 block away. A golf course is also on the island as well as pickle ball courts! Everything you will need for your summer vacation is included in your stay — 8 beach tags (children under 12 yrs old do not need a tag), 4 beach chairs, beach cooler with wheels, WiFi, central AC, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the great room. An amazing game closet filled with old classic board games, new family games, cards, puzzles and beach reads! Two (2) Smart HDTV’s (great room & master suite) and three (3) additional tv’s in each bedroom. Comcast Xfinity Premium cable provided. A full laundry room with new top loading washer & dryer. A cabana bathroom on the lower level to shower after a fun day on the beach! If you need to work remotely, you will enjoy the stand-up work station and upgraded fast internet! No need to pack sheets or bath towels! Linens will be provided for your stay by South Jersey Linens. Fresh linens will be delivered upon your arrival! On check-out day, simply put the used linens & towels into the bin that was provided and leave on the front porch before your departure! South Jersey Linens will pick up. Extra beach chairs and beach umbrellas are available to rent on the beach.
