Want to be at the beachfront and steps to the sand? This shabby chic nautical styled 4-bedroom home with 2 master suites puts you on the sand to experience NJ`s Favorite Beach! Located in the highly desirable Southend of OC. Experience comfortable chic luxury at its best. Home has 4 Smart TVs, a BBQ, an outdoor cabana and spacious great room perfect for family gatherings, direct access to the beach and amazing large front deck patio. Bring your pets, they are welcome!

Our beach house has a large decks that it steps right onto the sand AND a mid block beach path! It`s one of the very few houses in all of Ocean City w/ these features! Parents can lounge on deck while children build sand castles! This can be your new Home Away from Home. We have 4 Extra Large bedrooms w/incredibly comfortable beds! 2 are Master Suites, each w/ it’s own private ensuite marble bathroom w/ hot hot water & powerful shower pressure! The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom (Jack & Jill bath) we a bathtub. Bedroom #3 has a king bed that can be separated into 2 twins. Bedroom #4 has 2 twins, plus a chair bed (great for toddlers). We also have an extra twin mattress which can fit in any room & a pack-n-play. Our home has an outdoor cabana shower filled also with beach chairs, toys, boogie boards & umbrellas! The house isn`t officially certified for a wheelchair, but it is easy for people with mobility issues due to the ramp from the driveway the deck & the deck opens to the whole house which is just on one easy floor.

Our fully stocked eat-in kitchen with retro table, chairs & barstools also had maple cabinets, granite kitchen, brand new appliances, new flatware & Tommy Bahama outdoor kitchenware to compliment our brand new polywood outdoor dining set.

There are tile floors throughout (except bedrooms) & slip covered, comfy & cool furniture with a shabby chic nautical decor.

Our living room / dining room is about 2x wider than most new construction allows.

Most other properties in OC require guests to go back inside, down stairs & back out in order to get from the deck to the sand and /or trudge to the end of a block to get to the sea. Our direct sand access, as well as our mid block path have been invaluable to our family & to our guests.

Our fireplace works (if you`re considering renting in the winter or fall). And we’re an easy 2 block walk to park, playground, stores and restaurants that are on 34th street. Very comfortable and easy to enjoy beach house. We create and decorate it for our own use too, and our children have grown up in it. Our house is extra wide so the entire living room and dining room open up to the beach. The sounds of the waves can be heard from the bedrooms. We also have a garage with parking for 3 cars!

Other amenities include Cable TV. Super fast Wireless High-speed Internet. Outside Shower Cabana. Just a few blocks to walk to children`s park, tennis, shops. Private Washer and Dryer. Rental often will sometimes include, boogie boards, 4 beach tags during & beach chairs. Our home is on Wesley Ave between 36th & 37th Streets (boardwalk begins around 18th street). This home is the 1st floor of a duplex. The owners upstairs do not usually rent their home.

We have Smart Home features including Smart Locks for front door (so you won`t need keys) plus the Nest thermostat and Nest smoke / CO detector. We have a 60 inch TV in the living room which has a voice activated remote control, along with new Smart TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms which can stream Netflix, Roku, Hulu & many new channels you can have fun exploring.

We DO require a direct lease with our guests, as well as security deposit(s).

Guests enjoy our entire house!! It`s the first floor of a duplex... but with it`s own entrance, deck, 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, huge living room / dining room, eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and maple
custom cabinets, a garage, laundry room with washer/dryer and even an outdoor cabana / shower !

We live in California, so we are not usually physically at the beach house. We are available by phone & text if guests need extra help.

Ocean City NJ is a very family friendly town. It`s technically a `dry` town which means there are no bars! You can bring alcohol into OC, but you won`t find partying spring break type activities. We have great shopping, a wonderful boardwalk and beautiful beaches.

There is only proper bedding for 8. If you`d like to sleep 2 more, we have a `chair bed` in the 4th bedroom, and may also be able to provide an air mattress. While the summer months are the most popular (June, July, August & September), Ocean city is quite beautiful all year round.. our fireplace works and the prices are reduced significantly. Half of our summer guests are repeat bookings and they reserve the following year as soon as they check out. OC doesn’t allow us to provide linens, so you must bring your own sheets & towels.
We also require a lease with our guests & direct security deposit which varies depending on pet, underage group & time of the year.
Once booked, we issue & execute your personal lease for your booking. We require a direct security deposit upon booking, along w/ your lease. If you’d like to bring your dog, there is an additional pet deposit, which is also fully refundable if not needed. Our cancellation policy is strict & is outlined in our lease. Please return lease & security deposit within 24 hours of receiving so that booking remains in tact. If not, you may be required to cancel your booking & be subject to any penalties & admin fees imposed by Airbnb & our management. From June-Sept rentals are weekly Saturday to Saturday.
