Beautiful oceanview residence walking distance to all that San Clemente is famous for. Beach, surf, restaurants, pier, and shopping. The home is over 2000 sq feet with additonal 1000 sq feet of outdoor patio decking with gorgeous ocean views. Outdoor decks with firepit's with oceanview. People love this home which is set high above the street giving privacy, ocean view and sea breezes. We Do Not allow loud parties or events.

If your looking for a comfortable luxurious place to base out of while exploring Southern California or just want to relax on the sand. I know you will find Casa Maya by the Sea as your perfect vacation.

San Clemente stay

The property was beautiful and it was a 5 minute walk down to the beach, which was amazing. Bree was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I absolutely would recommend staying here.

Family vacay 2023

Very nice property in an ideal location. Love the area great beaches, shops and restaurants. We liked it soooo much, we extended our one week stay. We rented an additional three days. We will definitely be back!

Amazing time in San Clemente by the beach!!!

My family had an amazing time, we can't wait to go back. Proximity to many great restaurants, shopping, live music etc. Trollies, bikes and many ways to get around and see the sites. We just loved 😍 the area. Bree is amazing, and made our stay even more wonderful.

Beautiful Location

We had an amazing stay at this property. This location by the pier is great. Walking distance to everything...beach, pier, restaurants, shopping, etc. Views were great, climate is perfect. The property manager, Bree, met us there when we arrived and was extremely helpful and quick to respond throughout our 7-day stay. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to book this one again ourselves soon.

Awesome!!

We had a blast staying here. It is a beautiful clean home in a great location. Walking distance to the pier and beach and many rest and shops. We stayed here for a family surf trip. Bree, our host, was a pleasure to meet! He showed us surf spots and told us about good restaurants to try and other helpful, interesting info. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location

Nice house, great location. The host could have been more responsive. We went several days without propane for the fire pits and had to buy a plunger to unclog a toilet.

Very special place!

The home was clean & spacious for our group of 6. Everyone had enough space to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed. The neighborhood is safe and secure, while being close to all the attractions. Off street parking and use of garage is very nice to put in electric bikes & surf boards. The outside patios with fire pits are so nice with the ocean views. Bree is very welcoming and accommodating. We had a fantastic trip! Thank you so much!!

Great place in an excellent location

Me and my family had a great time in this charming house in San Clemente. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and its lively restaurants. At the pier you can catch a free trolley ride to downtown San Clemente and explore more shops and restaurants. The house is clean, well equipped and offered all amenities we needed, including surfboards, and it had plenty of space for 5 people. We especially liked hanging out on the roof decks in the evenings. Communication with the host was easy and quick. He’s responsive and very helpful, even helped out getting a surfboard fixed and showed me local surf spots. Can only highly recommend this place. I’m sure we’ll be back for another summer in San Clemente!

Steps to pier bowl and beach with stunning patio views

Overall my family really enjoyed this home. It has a serene comfortable feel to it with patios overlooking the ocean. We loved walking to restaurants and sand. We rarely even moved our car. We had our 3 kids (aged 11, 9, and 7yo) with us and admittedly the white slip covers and beautiful decor did pose a challenge for us to prevent harm coming to them, but I get the sense from the property manager Bri that he understands we tried our best. I love the bath products they put in the showers and even a convenient hose by the front door to rinse sandy feet. It is those simple touches make the house feel less like a rental and more like a home away from home. We have stayed in several VRBOs in San Clemente over the years and this was definitely one of our favorites. All agreed that we cannot wait to go back.

This was a great location. Very comfortable. Loved the patios. Easily accommodated our group of 4.

We really enjoyed our time there. Our purpose was to have an early Christmas with our son who’s at Camp Pendleton. It was a 20 minute drive to his barracks so he was able to stay overnight with us and get back for 6 am formation. Easy walk to the pier and town for good restaurants. Easy drive up the coast and to LA for adventure during the day. We came in December so it was not a beach vacation. Glad the property offered a parking spot.

Second time around

If this house is available when we plan on going to San Clemente in the future, we are definitely staying here again. That’s how much we enjoyed this place.

Loved the house and the location! We relaxed by the fire pits on the upstairs deck every night!

We loved our stay at the house. Loved it. The proximity to the beach was our favorite part because we walked down every day during our stay. Our only cons was that we thought the floor was a little dirty when we arrived, and I wouldn’t describe the furniture and other decor as kid friendly (but that’s not necessarily what you’re looking for). Thanks for a great stay, we had a great time.

Incredible place with incredible view!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The space was wonderful and full of light, and we used the balconies with the amazing view for everything from work to meals to relaxing. The plants inside and out made it feel like we were staying in paradise, the beds are super comfortable, and having a grill was a great. Will definitely be back!

2019 Christmas beach house.

Wonderful and affordable. Very clean and well appointed, 1 block or so to the beach and pier. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We will certainly come back.

Great San Clemente Stay

My husband and I and our 2 small dogs enjoyed our 10 day stay. This home is roomy, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The larger decks and ocean views are lovely and it is a short walk to the pier, coffee shops and restaurants. Very quiet at night, slept great. Having a fully equipped kitchen and washer dryer is really important to us for longer stays. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property close to the beach. Some breakable decorations and white couches which makes it a little stressful for a parent of kids. But we had a great time. Thank you.

Great Views!

Centerally located in San Clemente with great views! The house was just as it was represented on the website. The house was overall clean, but the kitchen had cabinets with dirty dishes and dead moths. We started to unload the dishwasher upon arrival, only to notice it had not been run. We soon learned after several loads it was not operating properly. OVERALL everything was very nice and the property manager was readily available when needed.

San Clemente escape

Beautiful views from both patios. Very friendly neighbors and neighborhood. Everything was clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the location - just steps to the pier.

Best location, 2 blocks to beach, restaurants, train station. Ocean view from multiple decks. Property is very quiet, sits high above street below. Living room is nicely appointed, bright and light. Travertine flooring, fine art on walls, skylights, private decks, 2 surfboards provided. New fire pits added to ocean view decks.
