Anchor's a wave

Condo was clean, comfortable, amenities were within walking distance or a short ride, pools area were well lit at night and clean, private walk way to the beach, weather was awesome and we had a great time at Thunder Beach Bike Rally Spring 2025

Wonderful experience

Great place

This condo was amazing. So beautifully decorated and comfortable. The space was beyond clean with a wonderful view. The kitchen had everything I needed with quality appliances and cookware. This is my new home in PCB.

One of the nicest places we ever stayed. Would rent this exact condo time after time.

Best place ever! Owner thought of everything and even had a floor fan in all bedrooms and we all need fans to sleep and was shocked to find I didn’t have to go buy three. Large and spacious place. We will stay again and tell all who are looking for a wonderful place on the beach

Awesome View

The condo was wonderful. Very spacious! The morning view on the balcony was so relaxing and breath taking. We will defiantly be staying here again! The Beds are are so comfortable. If you have a large family this is defiantly the place to stay.

Girls (And kids) Trip 2023

3 Nurses and their children taking a much needed beach trip! The balcony was our gathering place, so much space and such a great view! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was very easy to get around the property, and the beach was easily accessible. We all decided we would definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!

Beautiful condo! Beautiful view! Loved all the pools for all ages. Easy walk to Beach. Communication was the best we have ever had. Even Twin beds had privacy to a jack and Jill bath room connected to one of the king bedrooms. The only downside is the waiting on the elevators. Enjoyed our stay!

We came for a world softball tournament. The amenities were fabulous, the condo was perfect, and the view was very nice! No issues at all! Could not have been more perfect!

Rental process was easy. Management tried to help us out when there was an issue.

Barry, I'm disappointed and a bit confused to see this 3 star review. We checked in with you to see how everything was going and you were happy. There is WiFi & TV at all of our properties. The service can go out by chance at times, but our maintenance is always a call away to get it back up and running. Our unit (and all other units at LTW) are on a routine pest control spray controlled by the resort. We also spray for pests on an as-needed basis. Despite that, I'm glad you found our rental process easy and our team helpful. I wish we could've earned those 2 other stars from you but we will use this info to improve moving forward. Roach infestation

The property itself was very nice. The company was very professional and easy to work with. There was a terrible roach infestation. If they could get the roaches taken care of i would give 5 stars

Can’t wait to get back!

We love staying at Laketown Warf. The location is so convenient and we never had to leave the property. The beach is a quick walk across the street and all the pool options keep the kids busy and happy. This particular condo was exactly what we needed to bring our friends with us this time. Extremely spacious and a comfortable place for all 9 of us. The bunk beds were a huge hit for the older kids. 5 stars everyday!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

My group of 7 plus a one year old had the best experience at this condo. It was stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, plates, cups, coffee, small appliances, and so much more. I really appreciated all the beach supplies they provided as well. The view was incredible even though it was across the street. It was so convenient to be able to just walk downstairs for breakfast and dinner and pineapple Willie’s was a short walk. No wait for any restaurants on site and the pools were not crowded at all. Overall my stay was a 10/10 experience.

Wonderful Stay

The golf course didn’t have any equipment and it didn’t say that on the listing. The floor needed to be cleaned. The bump beds listed weren’t accurate. Check in process for the line was long. Overall the property was wonderful and included everything you may have needed.

Great Place!

Really enjoyed this condo- very spacious and perfect size for 3 adult couples and a child. The king beds in each rooms were great so no one had to squeeze, as well as everyone having their own bathroom. Views were great being that high up on the 18th floor. The condo building itself was nice but needed some maintenance. The company the rental was through (Forever Rentals) was absolutely incredible. They were super prompt with responses and the check in process was very easy. They sent ample emails with good information leading up to the stay, as well as a phone call once we got checked in to ensure everything was good upon arrival. Would definitely stay with this rental company again!

Awesome condo!

The condo was great - lots of space for 4 tween/teens and 4 adults. Had everything we needed, was in great condition, very comfortable! We only had a long elevator wait twice the entire week - it really wasn’t bad at all! However, we will never come back to PCB during this time of year. Because it wasn’t college spring break time, we expected it to be mainly families enjoying school spring. The beach and property were full of high school spring breakers. Police everywhere. Smell of weed everywhere. Had to walk through thousands of kids to get to a quiet spot on the beach away from the partying, swearing, etc. I never felt comfortable allowing my kids to go anywhere on property unchaperoned. Horrible traffic. It just wasn’t the relaxing vacation we were expecting.
