This spot was so Amazing. The view was amazing. The place was so clean and accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. With all the patio doors it had an Amazing breeze. This was a perfect place to stay for a Christmas vacation. The Host was also amazingShe always responded quickly ti any questions we had. Will definitely be back again.

The place is beautiful just like the pictures. The place has 3 full bedrooms and 2 bunk beds and a good sofa bed. The place was clean and comfortable. We use the stairs some times because that place gets busy.

From beginning to end- we had an excellent experience. The place was spotless clean when we arrived. The condo had everything we needed. We have stayed at Laketown the last 4 years & this has by far been the nicest condo! Communication with the property manager could have not been better to make sure our stay was what we expected! Thank you for a nice place to stay while making memories with the family!

We had the best time staying here. We had 9 people total with 4 of those people being 3 and under. The beds were so comfortable we had to see what brand they were! Our host was super nice and made our stay enjoyable. She was quick to answer any questions we had and also had a few basic toiletries and items waiting for us. The location was great and not far from the main pool. We had no problems with elevator wait time and the elevator and parking garage were only a few steps away! 10/10 experience staying here. We will be booking again!

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Location!

Wonderful stay, the host was very quick to message with answers to any questions I had! Location was amazing, walking distance to so many great places! Only thing was the elevators took forever (not the hosts fault this is the resorts fault) so just be prepared for long waits or taking the stairs. No trash in the hallway, loved that the trash shoot was so close! Overall great experience!

We had an amazing time here. The condo is beautiful, SUPER CLEAN and has everything you need . The condo is in a prime location and everything is within walking distance. Loved the water and the white sand here in Panama City Beach. Beds have high quality white linens and are so, so comfortable šŸ˜“. The host is so friendly , helpful and hospitable. Thank you Flori for everything. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed every minute here.

Awesome Area and Awesome customer service

The host was super sweet and was very accommodating! Easy to get in touch with when needed. The location is great as well, the beach and pools were nowhere from where we stayed. Do take note they make you have wristbands which you have to pay for at the front desk when checking in. That was a surprise charge I would have like to have been prepared for. Other than that this is definetly a spot to book!!

My take

The place was very clean and well taken care of, definitely exceeded expectations. Right across the street from Pineapple Willyā€™s so itā€™s in a great spot. And thereā€™s plenty of food and attractions all within the same area. The only take away I could give is the lack of necessities, like toilet paper and trash bags for the condo. Other than that it was great, and would definitely book with them again.

The floor wasnā€™t clean , one of bathrooms dirty

The stay was ok but the corner unit was right by trash shoot and it was filthy people didnā€™t trash in in shoot and it made everything nasty all out in the walk way even down to needles laying out . The floor was dirty you could se. the dirt on the floor and one of the bathrooms was dirty other than that it was okay

The unit was exactly as pictured and beautiful! Very clean and I loved that it was an end unit with a huge wrap around balcony to accommodate everyone (there were 8 of us, but the until comfortably sleeps 10).I read a previous review that complained about the unit being close to the trash chute and that it was smelly. There were no issues with others leaving trash outside the chute while we were there, so no problems with that. Flori, the owner, was VERY quick with responses that were clear and made check-in and checkouts easy and quick. There were little gift baskets with essentials that we really appreciated having! The unit is truly about 30 steps from the 5th floor north parking garage breezeway. We visited the end of our school districts fall break, and it's a perfect time as it's still very warm for the beach and not a lot of people there. Elevators were quick as a result. I honestly have nothing negative to say! If you're looking for a 3 bedroom unit within walking distance of the beach, you will be extremely happy you chose this unit with Flori!
