ABOUT THE CONDO
This 2nd floor 3 bed / 2 bath condo has 10' ceilings and directly across the street from two public access points with plentiful public beach.
We are just a 2-3 min walk from the public beach accesses are located close to The Commons Outdoor Mall & Silver Shells Premiums Outlets, and surrounded by the best restaurants and beach-side bars, there is plenty to do for everyone!

BEDROOM & BATH

The Master bedroom is furnished with a king-size mattress and a mounted 65" flat screen smart TV above the dresser. The Master bath has granite countertops, solid-wood cabinets, both His & Her sinks, large tub, and gorgeous budded glass tiled stand-up shower providing for an incredible bathing experience!
The Guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size mattress, large closet and drawers for all your clothing clothes, and mounted smart TV on the wall with access to all your favorite apps like Netflix, Amazon Video, Pandora, etc. The Guest Bathroom is independent allowing more access to both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. It has a shower-tub combo allowing our guests another place to wind-down after a long day at the beach!
The Third Room is furnished with a bunk bed. The twin on top sleeps one and the double on the bottom can sleep two. This room also has a large closet and mounted smart TV on the wall with access to your favorite apps. This bedroom shares a common full bathroom with the Third Room.

KITCHEN & LIVING

The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want or need to cook any type of meal. We stock pots, pans, cooking dishes, many cooking utensils, drinking glasses, plates, silverware, spice rack, wine opener, can opener, and much much more!

The living room was just completely redesigned w/ lounge seating for up to 7, dining seating for up to 6, and now comfortably seats 3 along the bar. The living room walks right out onto the ocean-facing patio allowing for beautiful ocean sounds and breezes to envelop you while relaxing on the patio.
The condo comes stocked with an initial amenity package including enough basic amenities for 2-3 days, to include hotel-size shampoo/conditioner/lotion in each bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, and various soaps.
This condo has in-unit Washer & Dryer available to all guests. Laundry pods are provided for guests.

OTHER INFORMATION

Guests will have their own unique access code valid only during their stay.
On-site parking available for just one car with additional parking available just down the street at the RV park for $30/day ($25/day cash)
-1 car rule is only enforced from March 1 - November 1st.
*All Renters must be 25 or older (except for children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age.
