Welcome to our beautiful updated OCEAN FRONT CONDO. The gorgeous view from the balcony displays the beautiful emerald ocean and white sandy beach, the grassy lawn, two swimming pools, one heated year-round outdoor and indoor hot tub, a dry sauna, and kiddie pools. The condo sleeps 6, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a set of bunk beds in an alcove. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils, along with small kitchen appliances, included in the unit a front loader washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances. There are so many amenities on the property that you could choose to never leave the site! It begins at the pool deck tiki bar with your favorite drink and music, then wander over to the Grill for tasty food and snacks. During the summer months, you will enjoy the scheduled pool games and crafts. You won't want to miss the Dive-In Move nights at the pool that feature newly released box office hits. For the adventurer in your group, parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet ski rentals on the beach. The resort has an exercise facility for your enjoyment. The location is perfect as The resort is convenient to all the local attractions, to mention a few, Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Life Park, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Wonder Works and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, St. Andrew's State Park, Captain Anderson's Marina where there are many activities to chose from including deep sea fishing charters, dolphin watching cruises, sunset wine cruises, Shell Island cruises, and a favorite for many is the Pirate Cruise, or you can rent your own pontoon boat and explore at your leisure. We are extending our southern hospitality to you as we want to share our piece of paradise!

Right on the beach! The condo is beautifully done and was very spacious! The view was beautiful! We couldn't see much of the sunsets from the balcony with the new construction which was a bummer but we just walked down to the beach for the pictures! Our check in was smooth- small minor issue with bathroom but communication was on point all throughout our stay and issues addressed rather immediately! We loved everything in the condo; especially the shower!! It was the perfect amount of space for us! Loved having the washer and dryer also!!! We would stay here again and may do so when our kiddos get bigger! Bikini Bobs and the Cafe are a great perk for convenience, but both do get very busy quickly! There were a few things during our stay that we did not really care for but these things are out of the owners control such as the pool being VERY crowded at night and pretty rough and rowdy to where we did not allow our 8 and 3 year old in the bigger pools, the changing of umbrella numbers daily at tiki hut (would love for one set umbrella number throughout duration of stay), the location at night outside of the gates of the summit is not too kiddo friendly in our mind [sadly think this will not get better with Tootsies coming next door]. However was a great stay for our quick last minute get away!

We come to Panama every summer and this condo has been our favorite so far! It was so clean and had everything you could need. It even came with the beach chairs and umbrella that are already set up on the beach! Tonya was so easy to communicate with. We loved it so much that we booked an extra night. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Absolutely incredible stay!

This place was everything we were hoping for and more. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the house itself was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.What really made it stand out, though, was the host. Seriously amazing! Super fast to respond, super helpful, and just really made everything easy from start to finish. You can tell they care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable.Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great beach getaway. Definitely planning to come back!

Beautiful Coastal Oceanfront getaway🏝

Cute & cozy oceanfront property. Great communication with owners from start to end of booking. Comfortable & beautiful condo with all the special touches needed for a wonderful beachfront vacation. My husband & I enjoyed our stay. We look forward to booking again!

Room 323

We stayed the week of July 21st! It was a great stay. Very clean condo, well stocked in the kitchen and bath as well! Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in unit. Tonya was a wonderful host, very attentive, she definitely cared that our stay was great! Bikini Bobs was awesome, as was having the 2 beach chairs at our disposal. We loved The Summit. I will say the ONLY negative thing about the building were the elevators. Be prepared to take the stairs (which was hard for me I’m mildly disabled) or wait a very long time, or they may not arrive at all! This was not our hosts fault though! I rate this condo and host and 10/10!!

Sail Away Unit 323

Condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Very nice bathroom and shower. Great beach views. We took the stairs the majority of the time. Glad it was on the 3rd floor. Elevators only on the ends and the middle. They were very crowded and slow. Beautiful white sandy beach and cool sand. I would definitely recommend this condo unit and would stay here again. Thank you Tonya for being a great host!!

Spring Break Stay

The condo is beautiful. The beach access was so easy. The owners responded quickly, were so helpful, and access to the condo was very easy. The only negative was that the building has four elevators and only one was working during the week that we were there. Elevator repair people were there throughout the week.

Newly updated unit

We had the best NYE getaway in unit 323. You could tell the condo was newly renovated. It was all very nice and felt like home. We will definitely rent this unit from Tonya again. She was amazing with her prompt response to all my questions!

great condo, not so great building

Condo 323 was great. Great location & some updates. Perfect for a couple! Unfortunately nothing great to say about The Summit itself. This is our large groups 9th yr & everyone agreed, our last here. The property is just getting to be run down, the trash drop areas stink so bad. I really hope they will do some major renovations with the condo because it was a great "one stop shop" with Bikini Bobs. On the Saturday, when most check in, our end was the only elevator in service and it was awful to deal that many people lined up with rolling carts trying to wait on elevators. Just really needs some major work.

PCB Summit Condo - Beautiful VRBO

We enjoyed staying at this Condo and would book again with the owners. Easy booking and checkout, beautiful condo on the 3rd floor so if you want to take the stairs it’s easy but the elevator is available. The Condo is also located in the middle of 2 elevators and staircases which is very convenient. Beautiful decorated condo, nice updated bathroom with plenty of room and very clean!! Overall, the condo is beautiful and in a great location including the beach view!!

Best condo we have ever stayed at in the Summit!!!! Family has been coming here for 15 + years and this we the best experience we’ve had. Owners are wonderful and easy to get a hold of! Will definitely stay here every time we go!

Great Senior Spring break stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The Condo was by far the nicest out of the 7 that were rented by the families that went on Spring Break together. We needed nothing that wasn't provided- thank you for your attention to detail. We purchased a few extra beach chairs, and am happy we brought our beach wagon. We liked the 3rd floor location as the elevator was usually full and is always slow. Having a beach bar/eatery right on property was really nice. The beach is gorgeous!! The building needs some TLC, but once you walk into this gorgeous condo you will be pleasantly surprised. The décor is thoughtful and again, so clean! Thank you!!!
