Gem of HSB: 3bdrm Hill Country Escape with Lake views !!

Soak up 30-mile views of the Hill Country and constant level Lake LBJ from our double-deck three bedroom 1,800 sq ft condo. Spacious and recently updated, enjoy open views of the lake, Slick Rock golf course, and abundant wildlife from the lower level deck. Want to cook something up? Our kitchen is fully-stocked with pantry essentials, including homemade pancake mix and Starbucks coffee to help get breakfast started. Master bedroom also has a deck from which to enjoy the lake views, a California king bed and mini-coffee bar making it a truly private oasis. The remaining two bedrooms both have queen sized beds. The living room and master bedrooms have smart tvs and Amazon Prime Video accessible. The condo also has a pool open June - September.

Perfect for a get-away or family vacation, our condo is less than a 5 minute drive from to the Resort, LBJ Marina & Yacht Club, and centrally located to many attractions and cities. However, because our condo is in a residential area and our neighbors in close proximity, we ask guests to respect our neighbors (especially nextdoor and downstairs) by keeping excessive noise to a minimum. Thank you for your understanding!

HSB Family Vacay

Felt like visiting a friends home

We were looking for a place to take a mini vacation with family. The owners keep the place clean and they thought of extra items you usually run short on like coffee. The Ninja coffeemaker did a nice job. My parents loved staying in the master suite. The views are spectacular. The area is nice and secluded. We liked seeing the deer. You can walk to the Slick Rock Grill (0.8 mi) and have a nice meal while you look out on the golf course. There is a unit below the condo and to the side, so we did try to be quiet at night after 9:30 pm. We enjoyed our stay!

Best experience from the absolute best hosts!!

First time to Horseshoe Bay Area with the family and so happy with our stay! This was the absolute best VRBO or any booking experience we have had. The hosts make everything so clear and easy. Very prompt with communication with instructions on check in and check out and any questions. The condo is amazing, very spacious, super kid friendly, and beautiful quiet neighborhood with amazing views and a great community pool. As soon as we got to the condo and with the immediate experience we messaged Dyung and asked, if available, if we could book another night. Immediate response and had to availability and worked that out super easy. Very very welcoming and offered so much extra that they had in the condo. Books to read, board games to play, smart tvs, DVD players with a few family and kid friendly movies, towels, toilet paper, spices, coffee, pancake mix, I can go on and on! I even saw in the closet downstairs a baby gate for the stairs if needed and some kid toys and a high chair. We did not need to use it all but it just showed how much they put in for a family of all ages to have the best experience on vacation! The view off the double decker balconies is incredible over looking the hills, a beautiful golf course, and the lake. Deer roam around the neighborhood and our daughters (age 3 and 5) just loved every bit of it. They did not want to leave and asked if we could come back. Thank you so so so much for your amazing hospitality, Dyung. We will definitely be back and book this same condo next time and are already recommending to family and friends. The world needs more people like Dyung and family.

Quiet neighborhood close to the lake

Very relaxing

Our entire family of 5 had a very enjoyable stay here. Beautiful view overlooking the lake and Horseshoe Bay resort. Owners were very helpful with instructions for the check-in / out processes as well as suggestions for things to do around the area such as visiting a few of the state parks, renting boats for an afternoon on Lake LBJ, or playing the 18-hole putting course at the resort. We will definitely keep this location on out list of places to stay at again.

Beautiful view of Lake LBJ

Condo located on the hill overlooking Lake LBJ. Peaceful condo with deer roaming condo grounds at night. Enjoyed having 3 bedrooms for teenage boys to have a room to themselves. Condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. Also enjoyed having a car port for our car. Would stay here again in the future!

Easy access to spots in the Hill Country

The location made it easy for us to visit several state parks in the area. Condo was bigger than I expected and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, equipped with lots of games for the kids to play.

Amazing stay at this beautiful condo

My family and I had an amazing stay at this condo. The view is amazing. The sunrise and sunset were so beautiful. The property owner was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. The condo was very neat and clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to that area.

Nice little condo!

Nice little condo just outside of horseshoe bay. The condo provides wonderful views of the lake. The best part was the silence in the community, almost no noise after 0800 PM. The owner was quick to respond to any questions at any time, the condo was very clean and in good repair. The owner provided furniture and accessories where exactly what was needed. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking to stay in the area. 10/10.

Reunion with grandchildren

Our son, daughter-in-law and two of our grandchildren moved from near our home in NC to the Austin area about nine months ago. My wife and I visited them and during our stay we planned a getaway to Horseshoe Bay to the condo for a few days. Dyung is such an attentive host. She called me shortly after we checked in to the condo to see if everything was to our satisfaction. It was! The condo was spacious enough for our family to spread out, well appointed and clean. The view from the deck is spectacular, the wildlife sightings were many (especially deer), and we had the community pool to ourselves. Great place and a great stay.

A few years ago, I traveled to Ireland with a couple of friends and spent 10 wonderful days hopscotching the beautiful country, staying in 8 different hostels, Bed and Breakfasts, and making new friends along the way. My hosting style is all, we all need to slow, things, down :-) . My husband and I love the Hill Country and we're excited to share our home with you.

The Hill Country is deep in the heart of Texas, which makes it extra special. The entire area has so many things to see and do for outdoor enthusiasts, as well as for families with children. It is also centrally located to great cities, like Austin -- the live music capital of the world!

The view is what we love most about our property. We enjoy sitting out on the deck, sipping our drinks, enjoying the view and disconnecting from technology.
