**NOTE**
Starting in August 2023 , and still going in 2025 there will be renovations/concrete repairs in the building causing on off noise, on weekdays during normal work hours (usually 8-4pm) Not on the weekends. The prices are adjusted due to the inconvenience.

GORGEOUS OCEANFRONT CONDO WITH WRAPAROUND BALCONY ON DAYTONA BEACH near Downtown and all the activities, with direct beach access, newly renovated and furnished, new appliances, granite countertops, 2 Bedrooms / 2 Baths .The living room and both bedrooms have access to balcony. You have ocean view from every room in the condo. Condo has one underground parking assigned, and outside parking first come first served, 2 elevators, sauna, gym, oceanfront pool with sunshine until dusk. The apartment has wireless internet, Smart TV’s 50" flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms, and 60".flat-screen TVs with cable in the living room, Roko, Netflix, and other streaming services.

Close to the pier, Boardwalk , Daytona Lagoon waterpark, Ocean walk Shoppes and theaters, Main Street entertainment, bar and restaurants, Publix grocery. There is a bus stop in front of the building. About 20 minutes to Historic Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, and about 7 miles to Daytona International Speedway and racing museum with track tours.
We are located about 60 to 75 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and about 50 to 60 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, Historic St Augustine, and the World Golf Hall of Fame. You can see Cape Canaveral from your balcony and watch any launches they may have during your stay.

Daytona Beach has lots of attractions and many things to do, Golf Courses, museums, tennis, Boat trips on the Intercostal water way. Enjoy free Summer Concerts at the Boardwalk and pier and in some other locations .Do not miss out on important Events like the Nascar Race at the Daytona International Speedway, Bike week, Biketoberfest, Spring Brake.

Do not forget to enjoy Stunning Sunrises with your morning coffee on the oversized wraparound Balcony where you may also have Dinner for 6 with Spectacular Views of the Ocean. We are located 1420 N Atlantic Avenue.

1 Cal King in master bedroom. Queen sofa sleeper with gel infused memory mattress, 1 full and 1 twin in guest bedroom. 1 single foldable, 1 baby crib/play pen/changing station.

Amenities:
Fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware sets for 12. 50” smart television in bedrooms, 60” in living room, WiFi, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, over the range microwave, toaster oven with space for two 12” pizzas,
Both Keurig and Regular coffee maker, blender, high baby chair, hair dryer in both bathrooms, iron/steamer, access to gym, sauna, outdoor oceanfront pool, barbeque area for charcoal, and with propane. Lots of beach toys.
7 boogie boards, parasol, 4 lounge-, and 4 reclining chairs, mats, beach towels available in your garage spot. Balcony with dining space for 6 as well as 2 relaxing chairs and lounge chair. This is the most inclusive vacation home you will find.

Check in on weekdays from 3 pm to Max 12:15 am. Please text prior to late arrival.

Spring Break 2025

The location is perfect and the condo is very spacious. A little noisy during construction hours but we were warned about that and who wants to be inside during the day anyway. Hosts communicate great. Could use some new sheets but that’s just being picky.

Filthy and noisy

The condo was disgustingly filthy. We cleaned for over an hour before we could unpack. The host did send a cleaner later but we had already done most of the work. Bottom line, this unit needs a DEEP clean. Even dirty dishes in the cupboard…We were misinformed about the construction going on. The noise was so bad that we couldn’t even talk to each other from 8am-4pm. They are sanding, jack hammering,etc 2 floors above this unit on both sides. We were advised before our arrival that a sound machine would eliminate the noise. NO WAY! We could notuse the great deck this condo has as well because of the construction.

Beautiful view

Wonderful stay! Definitely want to come back. Great place to escape the Ohio weather.Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. The building is being worked on. It does get noisy inside the condo if they are working near your area. It is actually less noisy on the balcony than inside. Great time to walk on the beach or go exploring. They usually are cleaning up by 3:30 pm. Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful Stay

What a great property. Stunning Views. Everything was clean. It had all that we needed, including coffee for the morning! The property managers were highly communicative and responsive. We had to deal with a hurricane (not direct hit) while there. They kept us highly informed and provided guidance and things to do to manage through it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay

The stay was great, other than having to pay for laundry (1.25 to wash / dry) and only able to leave no more than 7 towels dirty (7 nights / 5 people). The condo has a lot of recycling rules or you can be fined. The balcony has way too much furniture for the narrow balcony it is. Advertised as 3 bathroom's, but only 2 in the condo and one in the lobby. We had a great time but would choose to go further to right down the beach, condos with washing/dryers and more action.

Property was as described. Very well equipped. Clean and comfortable. Owners were available and easy to work with. The only issue i had was the sheets on master bed pulled up every night. I would definitely stay here again!

Vacation Getaway

This property is amazing! Everything in the pictures are true about the property. We were able to see the ocean from both bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. The decorations in the condo are beautiful. It is also very neat and clean. We got up a few mornings with the majestic sunrise to walk along the beach. The walk to Daytona Beach pier is approximately 30 minutes which I enjoyed in the early morning. The Halifax river is approximately 5 minutes away. There are lots of restaurants and supermarket close by. Overall we had a wonderful time. Without any hesitation, we recommend this condo to anyone planning to stay in Daytona Beach!

Beautiful View

We stayed here during spring break. This place had a beautiful view. However, when we checked in the cleaning lady was at the condo still. She had told us there wasn't enough money to dry the towels and sheets so everything was damp not only that the towels also had stains on them. Along with the sheets. There was coffee grounds in the coffee maker I contacted VRBO to inform them of these matters. They contacted the host. The owner of the cleaning company came back the next day and made things right. For the most part the place was clean. Communication was mediocre. They are doing construction on the building which I had read in previous reviews. The first two days were kind of wasted. I wasn't able to sleep due to the stains on the sheets and neither were my children.

Nice family condo

Irma is a great host and kept in contact with me the entire week we were there. Her condo is family friendly with beach toys, chairs, pack n play, etc. The building itself is an older building and under construction, but it wasn't an issue. Overall, we had a great week in the condo.

Good space / great view

The place smelled clean upon arrival and the space was great, view was great. It didn't feel as if the bedspread in the master was clean and the towels didn't look very clean. I saw dirty smudges around door frames and on doors. I never could figure out how to get hot water in the master bathroom sink. All that is needed is a coat of paint and probably some new fresh towels and new bedspread. Also, please spring for higher quality tp.

3 day get away

Condo needs updates. Living area very nice. All rooms slats missing on door walls. Need new pots and pans. Owner responed quickly on all our questions. I think it will take about another year to complete the construction of the building due to hurricane. Pool are very nice if all things are corrected we would stay here again.

I have stayed in this condo on vacation for the last two summers and have had a great time. Everything was wonderful with the exception of a couple of things: My father had difficulty sleeping on the double mattress in the guest bedroom. He had to sleep on the side of the bed closest to the wall in order to get comfortable. Also, if I were the owner of the condo, I would want to know: The sliding glass doors were very dirty with prints and smears all over the glass. The filter for the air conditioning was also very dirty as well as the intake vent in the condo.

Great Condo

Pictures match listing and the view is beautiful. Loved seeing the sun rise every morning. Two negatives and I know this is not one fault of the owners. Construction noise and no water pressure were awful. This place felt like home with all the amenities offered

One of Irma's sisters has an apartment some six miles further down south in Daytona Beach Shores, and enticed us to buy it. Our apartment is in the city of Daytona Beach (NOT Shores as VRBO lists the building).
