Awesome stay

Had a wonderful overall experience. Unit was close and had convenient access to beach. The kids loved the pool area. The view was awesome. The only thing that would made it even better was if the beds were a little more firmer, but overall amazing!

Great stay

Very close to the beach and beautiful sunset views from the wrap around balcony! Great location—Sharks Tail so close, and the restaurant attached to the condo was really good and had live music! Make sure the remotes don’t get mixed up because they will only work with the tv they are suppose to go to! Overall, for the price, it was very good! I love that each bedroom has their own bathroom! Very nice!

Our stay at Ariel Dunes at Miramar beach Florida!

We spent 2 1/2 months in unit 710 at Ariel Dunes1 at Miramar Beach! This 3 bedroom condo was very spacious and would be great for families or couples traveling together. The kitchen was very well furnished with dinnerware, silverware, utensils and cookware. The living room is in dire need of updating as the furniture is very old and stained. The condo is very near the beach and has a beautiful view. They're are many great restaurants and shopping near by.

Condo was dirty

The location of the condo was fantastic and the space itself was roomy and well-suited for our group. Unfortunately, the condition we found it in was completely unacceptable.The bathroom was dirty, the dining table hadn’t been wiped down, dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher, and used towels were left sitting in the washer. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done prior to our arrival.I reached out immediately to report these issues and was told someone would follow up — but no one ever did. That lack of response, paired with the poor cleanliness, put a damper on what should have been a relaxing vacation.We enjoyed our time despite these issues, but I would not book this unit again unless there is clear evidence that housekeeping and customer service standards have drastically improved.

Amazing stay

This condo was amazing. From the time we walked in we knew we had chosen the right place. It was very clean and all the linen was washed and clean. We had everything we needed in the condo and we didn't have to go out and buy anything other than food. There were extra wash clothes and towels in each bathroom and the water was hot at all times. The air/heat worked very well and the view was amazing. The photo's don't show how amazing the view is but it's beautiful. The grounds were immaculate the the pools were crystal clear. The condo was only a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this condo to others; you wont be disappointed. Thank You!

Nice but dated Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, but everything was very dated with the facility, and the condo itself hardly had any amenities that you would expect at all other VRBO‘s. Little things like hand soap, laundry detergent dishwasher cubes just small stuff like that they did not stock, so make sure to bring your own just about everything. Pans and things to cook with were old and did not work great either. This place was OK. Just missed the little things throughout like hiding cords from TVs and having very small TVs everywhere when most rentals have a nice set up. Overall gave it four stars, though it was nice enough for us Pools are nothing special and only small parts of the pools are heated, which was not ideal for us for spring break and kids.

Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze!!

The wraparound balcony was a winner with the whole family! We loved the huge pool, the Cabana Cafe downstairs, and 4-minute walk to the beach. This property gave us plenty of space for 6 people and we enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and playing games/puzzles on the big table. The bedrooms were spacious and nicely furnished. Comfy beds. Would recommend this condo!

Fun with Friends

We enjoyed our stay! The walk to and view of the beach were great. 3 bedrooms and each couple had their own bathroom. I couldn't give 5 stars because the beds were horrible. I needed to get a massage when I returned home. They are hard and the mattresses need to be replaced. Also, there were a couple of roaches that we had to exterminate. No other problems after those 2.

Sturdy furniture

House was very nice and view was beautiful. Furniture sturdy and not cheap. Tvs a lil outdated and couldn't get remote to work in master bed room. Loved the huge tub and spacious balcony. Short walk to the beach was convenient. Can't wait to return.

Great panoramic view!

Home was clean and as pictured. Very well equipped with everything you might need in a kitchen. We would stay again. It’s an end unit with balconies on 3 sides.

Family getaway

The property was very spacious and gave us all enough space. Loved that the kitchen was stocked but coffee maker didn't seem to work. The view was amazing. We'd definitely stay again.

Unit 710 was great for the 6 of us

The 7th floor corner unit was perfect for our two couples and a 93 year old and 86 year old widows. We played lots of games at the dining room table so used the couch chairs to make the chairs more comfortable. It’s a well equipped unit

Fully stocked kitchen!

The kitchen was well stocked! We were visiting over Easter break and everything I needed to cook our Easter lunch was there. We’ve stayed at other places that only provided the basics. This unit was not lacking! I can’t stress how much that is appreciated! The views were gorgeous and the unit provided ample sleeping space. My only complaint was the squeaky master bed. Anytime me or my husband rolled, we would wake each other up. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and how close to the beach we were. Beautiful unit!

Great location and super clean

This home was nice quiet and super clean. The rooms were spacious and everything we needed was provided. The view was amazing and the balcony by far was my favorite. Looking forward to renting this home again
