Great location

Pretty close to the beach, a long walk or a very short drive. Not too far from some great food and things to do. A pretty decent view of the ocean and the highlight was seeing a few of the Blue Angels fly over.

Plenty of space for our family of 4. We have stayed at Ariel Dunes II before and love the pools there. We had a great time and would book this condo again.

Great Spot

My family of six had a great time at this unit. There was ample space for everyone, and the location to the beach and local attractions was great. There aren't games or activities in the condo, so be sure to bring your own. Also, if you plan on cooking, bring your own cookware. There isn't a lot in this unit. We loved the views and the décor of this place. It definitely was a great place to spend a week.

We loved our stay!

We loved our recent stay! It truly felt like a home away from home!! Wish we would have stayed longer. Our only complaint was that the pool code provided didn’t work. When I reached out I never received a response. Thankfully some nice ladies let us in and out so we were still able to use the pool.

510 Ariel Dunes II

Love the overall outlay of unit. Stayed here five years ago and just stayed again last week. Unit walls, ceiling fan lighting, appliances, and furniture need updating and attention. For the price charged, updates and repairs are definitely appreciated.

Good Condo Bad Corporate Customer Service

The condo was a good place to stay in a great location. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had some good amenities that I haven't seen at other condos- an electric skillet and a Belgian waffle maker. However, like other condos that I have rented there were no oven mits / hot pads. One problem - upon arrival I discovered 2 of the 3 promised parking passes were missing and notified Vacasa via chat. Vacasa's corporate chat was horrible. They refused to answer my direct questions and kept saying they would contact a local representative who then took 2 days to show up with the needed parking passes. Overall I recommend the Condo and would book it again. But I would do so with my fingers crossed, hoping that I don't have to contact anyone at Vacasa corporate about a problem.

Favorite Area

First, We had a great time. The condo was great, but it needs a little TLC. Drapes didn’t close properly in the living area or master. There were broken items in the unit. Several of the light bulbs were burned out or missing. The stovetop is difficult to clean. The toaster oven does not function properly. Suggest purchase of some basic cooking tools i.e cookie sheets, Kuerig coffee maker, oven mitt or pot holders, crockpot. All this being said, it would not deter us from staying there again. We know what to expect. Thanks.

So much space!

We loved that we didn’t have to share bathrooms! This was such a spacious place everyone had privacy at the same time. We loved being able to cook in the unit and sit out on the balcony. What a view! We will stay again for sure!

Awesome

The beds and furniture were so comfy, they had dishes and pans and everything you could need. I wish there was a little earlier checkin, because the code foesnt work until 4pm exactly, but we will definitely do this again because it has made this vacation so comfortable for us and the kids!

Amazing property

Amazing condo! Beautifully decorated, great condition, and great location. I gave it 5 stars overall but would have gone with a 4.7ish if offered. The reason for a slightly lower rating - the listing is not honest about its location. It’s not on the beach. It’s not a short walk to the beach, especially for small children, and the ocean is visible only between various buildings. The building in the listing picture isn’t the actual building. The balcony pictures was edited to remove buildings and show the ocean The second bedroom balcony picture was edited to include a beach view even though that balcony overlooks a golf course and parking lot on the opposite side of the building. The place is beautiful just be honest about locations and views.

Early October Getaway

The Condo at Ariel Dunes II ( unit 0510 ) was great. Very spacious and had everything we needed. My only negatives were upon arrival, the beds had no bed spreads, One of the sliding doors on the washer & dryer room was detached and was leaning on the dryer. The pool wasn't heated and water was too cold to swim. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would return again

Beautiful getaway!

This place was larger than expected, it's a corner condo, we LOVED that every room had its own bathroom, and the balcony was huge! The washer/dryer and the pools were a plus! A good bit of fun and shopping is nearby, and the beach is clearly within view. In case it might rain (and it's Florida, so by mid afternoon it usually does) I suggest renting a golf cart for fast and easy transport between the beach and the condo. The garbage disposal and ice maker/water dispenser weren't working, but although couldn't be fixed at the time, maintenance was quick and friendly! I suggest that travelers bring garbage bags, ziplock baggies, laundry detergent/dishwasher detergent, and napkins. There's soaps, shampoos, and Dawn that will last you a day or two, but you'll have to make a store run for the other things, especially if you have a crew. Overall, a blast, thank you!

Exceeded Expectations

Booking this condo was a seamless process. Instructions on accessing the property was sent prior to our departure and it gave great detail on enter the property, codes for accessing the amenities on the property and what to do upon your departure. When we arrived, the condo was clean, beautifully decorated and very welcoming. All of the rooms were stocked with linen, the bathrooms and kitchen were adequately with needed items. The master bedroom even had an air mattress with extra bedding. This property was absolutely amazing and I look forward to booking my next trip there.
