Ocean view,

This condo had just about everything we needed. The kitchen had every dish and utensil you could possibly need. Only the 2 small burners work on the stove, but that did the job. The washer and dryer look brand new and worked great. The place was fairly clean aside from the remnants of sand from the previous renter. We just added to it since there was not a broom to sweep behind ourselves. The bed in the second bedroom does not comfortably fit 2 people of average size. We gave the master bedroom to our 2 children so they did not have to be uncomfortable sharing the small bed. Needless to say, it was not a good sleep for my husband and I, in what appears to be more of an xl twin bed. The blinds in both bedrooms need replaced. They are broken and you can see in. Other than those minor issues the room itself was great. The view was amazing and it was very quiet and peaceful. Communication with Vacasa was smooth, no issues. The keyless process is the best, no worrying about dropping off keys and you check out by clicking a link on your phone. My review of the entire complex is that it needs a bit of updating. The elevators look rough and sound questionable at times. The outside bathrooms by the pool area are absolutely disgusting and only one door locks out of multiple stalls. I hope this review is helpful and that improvements are made to make it an even better stay.

The king bed was comfortable, the full size bed and couch not so much. Loved the location, but a little far from beach for my 80 year old mother to walk

So Thankful & pleased!

The view & location is absolutely superb - excellent view of the ocean and the pool & palm trees below! It was a nicely set-up condo that gave us a great place to stay and wonderful accessibility!

Sterling Shores

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view was spectacular! So clean and maintained! Better than a hotel. More room and more personable like home. Also quiet. Would highly recommend others to consider a stay at Sterling Shores! We will come again.

Great apartment, but....

Great apartment, everything was very nice. Very clean, near the beach, swimming pool. BUT.... The apartment lacks a normal, powerful vacuum cleaner. Every day it is necessary to vacuum, because from the beach brought a lot of sand. But there is no normal vacuum cleaner. The one that is in the apartment is very weak and does not really suction. Buy a normal vacuum cleaner.

Latest stay

I love the location and the proximity of the shops, restaurants and attractions! Very clean and just as photos showed the unit! However I would suggest a little maintenance. The extra bath showerhead is loose and the blinds on the balcony window are loose as well.

Another Great Year

This is my 7th year staying at this property and my 5th year in this unit. Each visit has been a wonderful experience. I love the location, right across the street from the beach and the Back Porch Restaurant.

Wonderful Stay

The property at Sterling Shores was exactly as described. The home matched the pictures posted online and the view was beautiful. The property is a bit dated, appliances are old and weathered but this wasn’t too much of a concern. Will book again in the future. We had a great stay.

Great unit for 5 adults (max).

The unit is clean and well maintained. It looks as pictured. It sleeps 5 adults, max, assuming one adult is on the couch and two adults are willing to share a small double bed. The view is nice. I really appreciated the washer/dryer!

Another Great Year in PH15

This was our 4th year in PH15. My guests and I had another wonderful experience. The unit was clean and in good condition. The kitchen had everything we needed. And we especially loved the view from the 11th floor balcony. We plan to return next year.

Great family vacation location

Great 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo

I was worried that the condo wouldn’t be clean , but it was actually very clean and no sand on my feet 🦶. We loved the view. My kids really enjoyed the heated pool as it was still too cold to swim in the non heated one. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and kitchen things. I wish the kitchen had a salt and pepper shakers, as I started cooking and noticed it was not in the kitchen.

Loved the view. Unit very clean. But, The bedrooms needed storage. No chest of drawers & no closet in 2nd bedroom. Only drawers under the bed storage in the king.

Another Wonderful Stay

This was my fifth stay at Sterling Shores Destin and third stay in unit PH15. Each visit has been wonderful. The unit is always clean on arrival, and everything needed except food and a bathing suit are provided.

Awesome view and grounds

I love staying at Sterling Shores. They have immaculate grounds and landscaping. Love both of their pools. They are conveniently located next door to the Back Porch! Yum! This is our first time staying at PH15. Very nice rooms and bathroom. Loved the jacuzzi tub! Only problem with it was the carpet in the living room needed replacing. Lots of old stains. We will definitely be back!

Vacation

We loved the view. The condo was very nice, clean and well furnished. Very comfortable . We look forward to our next vacation. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend it to friends!!
