Willow 302 is a beautiful two bedroom/ two and one-half bath condo located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. This top floor unit has spectacular mountain views of Bear Creek, the ski area, and Ingram Falls. From your private deck, you will also be looking directly towards Town Park. Imagine enjoying Telluride’s famous music festivals from the privacy of your own spacious balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture and grill. Inside, you will find yourself at home in the relaxing sunny living room, complete with gas fireplace and smart TV for streaming all your favorite apps. The living area also enjoys a window AC unit - a rare luxury in downtown Telluride for those mid-summer days! The living room is adjacent to the full kitchen and dining area with seating for six. Down the hallway is the first of two bedrooms with two plush twins that can be converted into a king. The bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom that features a comfortable king bed along with a large walk in closet, a spacious and bright en suite bathroom, as well as a private balcony and TV with streaming app capabilities. The unit features a well-equipped, modern kitchen with breakfast bar. Guests will enjoy free private wi-fi network and Smart TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms for use of your personal streaming services. The Willow building, where the condo is located, is a unique downtown gem featuring beautiful retail shops and Aromatherapy Spa — one of Telluride’s relaxing day spas. The unit is also close to some of Telluride’s finest dining and great evening hangouts. Just across the street is the start of the Idarado Mining Legacy Trail – enjoy breath taking views of the box canyon while learning some unique Telluride history from signs posted along the trail. The location of the unit is great. The arrangement of the bedrooms is ideal for 2 couples and the living room is very comfortable. The terraces are amazing. We grilled outside in mid-December. The only observation I would make is that the unit shows some wear and tear, as well as weather-related damage around the front terrace. There is a lot of glazing in a difficult winter environment.

Great stay

Wonderful stay. The place has a perfect location in town. It was great to put down our baby for naps and at night and be able to hang out on the rooftop patio. Would highly recommend.

Fall hiking

The place is in the main part of town. We could walk every where. There was plenty of room for 2 couples. Fall colors were great.

This condo was very comfortable and supplied us with a homey place to stay. I would like to suggest a few things to upgrade or fix. We have a toddler so having a way to lock the doors up high from the inside would have kept us from worrying that he might sneak out. Also, the balcony doors didn’t have locks that worked. I understand it’s a small safe town, but with a child, it would have eased our minds. Also, we were missing a remote for the living room tv and there were minor issues like broken door stops. For the price, I believe stuff like this should be fixed. Otherwise, we had an amazing time and it was a great location to see the balloon festival. Thank you for letting us stay!

Excellent Location and Deck

Group of 4 adults. Deck was great for star gazing and cocktails, Good light in the unit, spacious kitchen, living and main bedroom. We got lots of rain while there so we weren’t leaving windows or doors open during the day - window unit AC was nice to have as the skylights and windows made the afternoons a bit warm. Parking was included but tight for anything beyond a mid-sized SUV. They worked with us to get on street parking. Great communication with the management team.

All great, one suggestion...

Fantastic rooftop view! But should definitely provide an umbrella to go with the outdoor bar table (that has a hole for an umbrella). Hats don't cut the heat after awhile.

Perfect central location with amazing views

I stayed here with my 3 sisters for our annual girls trip and this condo exceeded all expectations. The views from the roof absolutely cannot be beat. You have panoramic views of the mountains. Stargazing from the roof was incredible. You’re also in walking distance from all the restaurants, shops, so many hikes, and from the gondola to take you to the top of the mountain (also amazing for star gazing)! We enjoyed walking the river trail to bridal veil falls. It was a gorgeous hike from start to finish. We were unsure of how to lock the doors in the condo on the first night and the host was very responsive. The condo was also incredibly clean. Definitely recommend this Vrbo to anyone visiting Telluride and hope to come back!

Worn out

All furniture except the master bed was worn out. Haven’t seen a microwave that old since the 1980’s. The living room has a college student futon and 1 old upright chair. The parking space was so small everyone except the driver had to get out of the car before parking. Other businesses in the building blocked us from getting out and when I called Juli at the property manager’s office, she told me that wasn’t her problem. I’m sick to death of worn-out, dirty rentals in Telluride. It’s my favorite place in the world, but the message I keep getting when I rent here is “don’t come back”.

Fantastic visit. Property was precisely as listed and photographed. Very spacious. Extra high ceilings which makes it feel particularly large and comfortable. Love the light color scheme and all the blond wood. And it's clear the unit is very professionally managed. Cabinets are empty and ready for storage. Towels are bright white and fluffy/feel like new. Those details matter and make a place feel extra special. Most of the kitchen appliances are top-tier and great. A Sub-Zero fridge -- how many rentals have a Sub-Zero?! As others have noted, the microwave is on its last legs and stands out for the condition it's in compared to the rest of the appliances.The bathrooms haven't been updated in a long time. They could use a re-do so they're as nice as the rest of the unit. In particular, in the master shower, there's a control panel that I suspect used to operate the steam feature. But right now, it's looks like a broken light switch. A scary thought, given it's inside the shower and water is splashing on it. Am I going to get electrocuted?? It needs to be brought back to life or removed entirely. Bathrooms don't have ventilation fans, either.A nit-picky thing that would be easy for management to resolve. Maybe they're unaware? The garbage cabinet in the kitchen. It's a train wreck. It's meant to hold 2 cans. But it's broken in a way that it holds only one can, and you have to put your hand in the can to pull the slide out, or bend down and grab the platform.

Great Location for Telluride Blues & Brews

Girls trip - 2nd year - we love being in town instead of Mountain Village, and this condo was so close to the festival grounds, main street, hiking, everything! We loved it. Thanks to the hosts.

Perfect Downtown Telluride Location!!!

This rental was the epitome of a perfect downtown Telluride rental! Beginning with the covered parking spot off the alley right at the back door of the building with the elevator just inside the door, all was perfect! The private rooftop deck was the best place for listening to all concerts in Town Park and for viewing the "Second Line" parade! The unit was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location, again, could not have been better to all that downtown Telluride offers as well as close proximity to the free gondola to Mountain Village. The river walking trail is just across the street and the view of Bridal Veil Falls from the rooftop deck is spectacular! We loved our stay in this unit and will definitely book again! Thank you!

Better than Advertised

Pictures do not do this place justice. The condo was fantastic. It was little hard to find in the dark as it is atop a professional building but the step-by-step entry instructions were foolproof. If you haven't been to Telluride, the condo is right where you need it, just a 2 block walk to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Loved it!

Wonderful Views and Location

Large 2 bedroom condo is a perfect location in Telluride. Just off the main business district, you can make it to many restaurants and shops within a minute, but also avoid being right above them and subject to all of the noise. The rooftop deck was a wonderful bonus, adding a stunning view of Telluride on one side and the mountains on the others. While the appliances in the condo are somewhat dated, they all worked and it added to the vibe of the place.

Best location ever

We had a wonderful time staying at the unit in Telluride. This is the best location I can imagine, and the balcony has wonderful views of all the mountains, and it's only short-walk away from the gondola to ride up to the top. Also, The management is very responsive to my questions during our stay. A true five-star stay!!
