We were thrilled to stay in this beautiful home for the past month. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The location in Kaneohe is incredible - a very reasonable drive to Waikiki, but an entirely different laid back and breezy island feel to escape to. A longer drive to the North Shore, but the trip along the shore is just as exceptional as the destination. The home is incredible: it is stocked with everything you could possible need, for all ages. It is clean and very recently updated, including two beautiful and luxurious bathrooms. We could not recommend this place more highly. Thank you so much to our incredible hosts!

Perfect location!

Beautiful, well-kept home for us to enjoy our vacation. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a short drive to anywhere on the island. Hope to be back soon!

Lovely Stay

My family and I had a great stay in this home! It had everything we needed and our host even bought a beach umbrella for us when we requested one. We were glad that the house had beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys so we didn't have to bring those. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice vacation house

We enjoyed our stay on this property and although it was a bit pricey youʻll be hard-pressed to find anything that is not already on hand in this house. Gina, the manager, is very easy to communicate with. This location worked out well for us as we have family that lives in Kāneʻohe.

We had an amazing 30-day stay at this gorgeous home in Kaneohe, Hawaii. The house had everything we needed to meet our family’s needs—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect: peaceful, safe, and surrounded by friendly neighbors.Our host, Gina, was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. She was always available if we had any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. The house was spotless upon arrival and remained easy to maintain during our stay.We truly felt at home and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great place

The house was clean and well cared for. All appliances worked except icemaker in frig and probably our lack of experience here! Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets. Plenty of kids toys and water craft. Overall very good experience! Thx

Beautiful Quiet Hale

House 100% lived up to expectations. Some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Outdoor shower with warm water was amazing. Lots of space for our group of 8 to spread out. An iron would have been nice for dealing with travel wrinkles in dress clothing but we just ended up buying wrinkle releaser. Overall great stay and would love to stay again. Such a beautiful chill neighborhood

Nice house quiet neighborhood

Gave check in process 4 star as we couldn't find the alarm didn't expect to find it on the kitchen counter. We didn't get a second key asked for one but never provided. Wish the house was closer to the beach but we enjoyed out stay.

Amazing escape!

We were visiting friends that live right down the street so the house was perfect. It worked out great for our family of 4. We did arrive during a strange humid heat wave, so it was a bit of a climate shock that the main living area didn’t have A/C, but thankfully two of the bedrooms did. The house is perfect for a family with kids as there are two twin beds and the living bathroom has a low tub/shower. Our 4 year old loved ‘camping’ out with us in the master on the floor wall ‘nook’, and we brought a pack and play for the 1 year old that went in the 2nd A/C room- she loved looking out at the tree that covered the window every day. The house is stocked and supplied with everything you need with kids- puzzles, books, a few toys, a convenient high chair and beach chairs/toys/float. There’s also the cutest little mango tree in the front that we got to try! Gina was great assistance throughout.

Good news! The owners installed new quiet split a/c units into all of the bedrooms now as well as the kitchen, dining and living room.

Home Away From Home

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. Bright cheerful home with comfortable beds, well equipted kitchen and room for 8 people comfortably at the dinner table. Nice outdoor area to eat as well. Would highly recommend for families, lots of equipment for babies. Mahalo, Chris

Comfortable and Convenient - a perfect alternative to Crowded Waikiki

The neighborhood is peaceful and this home is centrally located between Kailua Town and Kaneohe/Windward Mall. The house has a spacious floor plan that was perfect for our family of five, but would still be comfortable with a few more people. The guest bathroom has been beautifully updated with a waterfall/rain showerhead and plenty of counter space. Another nice touch in the Queen bedroom is the charging dock for an iPhone and Applewatch. The master bathroom could use an update (the toilet seat at a minimum), but as with most everything in the house it was all clean. We did encounter a couple of cockroaches (some dead, some alive and flying) and some lizards throughout our stay, but nothing surprising or not warned about in the rental agreement. The front yard is great for getting some sun, and the outdoor dining table with automatic lights is another nice option for enjoying meals. The kitchen is stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, and more. Each room has a fan, and at least during our October stay, we used the fans more than the air conditioning. The washer is huge, and perfect for the towels. No issues with parking, so long as you have someone willing to open and close the gate for you so that you can park safely within the property overnight. Gina made the booking process very smooth. We highly recommend the Hale Maluhia Main house for a long stay.

Beautiful home in lovely neighborhood

Did you ever stay some place so great you don’t want to tell anyone about it because you want to keep it for yourself? That’s how I felt about this property. It is exactly as described and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, the house is incredibly spacious and has great outdoor space as well. Just a short drive to numerous beaches and stores and restaurants. Look forward to returning here. Gina is great and super responsive.

Great house

Loved this house. Stayed for 3 months Feb-April with 3 generations of family and 2 dogs. The location and layout of the house are great. House is very well stocked and makes for easy living. Loved the clear kayak for exploring Kaneohe Bay. Plenty of parking. Easy access to H3, Kailua, etc.

Visit for local family.

Rental was well stocked in the kitchen. Comfortable rooms. Fruit trees will be producing in the spring and summer months but February wasn't a good month for that. Overall stay good and I would recommend it for families.

A perfect stay in Kaneohe Bay!

We had a wonderful time and loved staying in this beautiful home! The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for our family! The location was perfect for us and we plan to come stay again someday! Loved the A/C units in the two bedrooms as well! Mahalo for a memorable stay!

This home is perfect!

This home is so awesome! It's super clean and has everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook at home. We took advantage of the grill and loved the big family style dining table. The beds are really comfortable and the AC was a blessing on warmer evenings. We enjoyed kayaking and stand up paddle-boarding and loved that we were so close to the mall and Kailua which has lots of great shops and restaurants. My parents came last minute so we rented the attached cottage as well. It was nice for them to have their own space. We would for sure recommend this home to families and will be back again someday!
