Secluded Home w/ Pool in Gated Community, Steps From Beautiful Kailua Beach

Our 2,600+ square foot home is the perfect balance between luxury and laid-back comfort. The property has marble floors, tall ceilings, brand new appliances and stylish furnishings. The two master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) are spacious and comfortable, each with a king size bed. The upstairs master also comes with a wet bar, mini-fridge and separate outside entrance. All but one bedroom has adjoining bathrooms. The downstairs guest room and separate bathroom are both easily accessible. All bedrooms are equipped with split AC units and ceiling fans. Please note that there is no AC in the shared areas (living/dining room).

Our home also includes a dining table that comfortably seats six, a two car garage with additional parking in the driveway, large TV in the living area, coffee maker, cookware and dish ware, hairdryers in each bathroom, and fresh linens and towels.

The outside space is perfect for lounging. With two small tables, both well-shaded, the patio is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing brunch or romantic dinner. The pool is small and fun, great for kids.

Check-Out: by 10AM
Early check-ins and late check outs can be arrange in advance based on availability.

Out of respect and consideration for our neighbors, we ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 9PM and 9AM. Please keep noise on the property, especially outdoors, to a minimum during this time. The property is also not suitable for events and large gatherings that involve additional people other than registered guests.

Please note that our cancellation policy is slightly different from what is shown below: 100% refund is offered if your booking is cancelled at least 90-days before the start of your stay.
