This house was beautiful! Great location right on the canal for fishing and wildlife watching - a sea turtle swam by twice during our stay! Michelle was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. Cannot wait to book again!

All the amenities and communication with property manager were great. However, we were not thrilled about the reoccurring issues with door lock and being able to secure our belongings. Having to leave the property by 9;30 AM was unfavorable, most properties are 11AM. Especially when we were asked to have everything washed and put away before leaving. Routinely are asked to start dishwasher

My husband and I just returned from a weeks stay at this house. From start to finish- we were beyond pleased with our stay. The host, Michelle, is outstanding and communicates all the needed information so thoroughly. The house had everything we needed to make our week perfect. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare great meals- from mixing bowls to pots, pans, even a nice blender for smoothies. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole home was very clean and well maintained. We loved the heated pool. We took advantage of the kayaks- and kayaked 5 times during our stay. There are life vests as well as fishing poles available. We enjoyed the commercial grade icemaker outside- great for filling a cooler for our trips to Sombrero Beach, only a few minutes away. Evrerthing was perfect, and we plan to come back again! We visit the Keys every year, and this has by far been our favorite!

Great place!

The house is very nice! The house is nicely located to lots of restaurants and within a reasonable driving distance to other towns. We really enjoyed the pool, kayaks, screened-in porch and games the house had to offer. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and addressed any concerns quickly.

Amazing Stay!

House was very clean and updated really nicely. It accommodated my parents, wife, daughter and I perfectly. The pool was perfect size, warm and very relaxing. If you bring your boat, there is a boat launch a mile down the street and the seawall at the house was great for docking. This was extremely convenient. The ice machine downstairs was also super convenient and helpful. The property manager Michelle was outstanding! Gave great advice and was super accommodating. We will hopefully be back again!

Nice place!

We had a great week at Michelle’s place in Marathon, FL. The house is super clean, and Michelle does a great job communicating throughout the process. The week was super hot so the pool was a big plus as well as the ice machine to keep drinks and bait cold while boating. We saw manatee our first day there in the canal. And twice, we saw a sea turtle, which was awesome! The extra little touches in the house when we arrived were appreciated. You won’t go wrong booking this home. It is central to everything in Marathon!

We got lucky

3 days before the week of mini season began, this listing popped up and we went for it. It was a recent remodel and new to the rental market house. House was perfect. Situated bayside between Vaca and 7mile. A few blocks from the airport ramp for an easy in and out. Everything is new or newly redone. Michelle the property manager is east to work with. Would definitely recommend it. We have a 27 Ocean Master with a bracket and it was easy to turn in the canal.

Amazing

I booked this property for a week and literally couldn't have been happier with it. The house is exactly, if not better, then what we expected. We had 6 of us and never felt like we were on top of each other. The cleanliness of the house and property were amazing. My daughter even said that she felt that she could "eat off the floors" because it was so clean. The pool was a perfect size and great from when we just wanted to chill at the house for the day. We rented a boat for a few days and loved that we could dock it out front and come and go for the day and even for sunset cruises. The rooms were perfect sizes and we loved that we all had our own bathroom. Michelle, the property manager, is amazing. Her communication from start to finish was great. The property is in a perfect location and great for evening walks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this property and we will for sure be renting again.

We take great pride in having a wonderful clean team who feels the same as we do as they too have families, and a clean home is imperative to a great start on your vacation! The Florida Keys are second to none when it comes to vacationing with family and friends. The turquoise waters, sunsets and sunrises and having a boat is a bonus to see all the extra views but not necessary as you all stated, so much fun to island hop and check out all the wildlife around us. A wonderful week in March!

This home was great for our family of 4's first trip to the Florida Keys in mid March. The location is convenient to everything, the furnishings and appliances are updated and nice, the home is clean, and the heated pool and water toys are great fun. We rented a 23 ft boat for the week and kept it at the home's canal dock. The boat rental company trailered the boat to the Aviation Blvd boat ramp just down the street and we met them there, which was very convenient. The home's ice machine came in very handy for boat outings and fyi they sell frozen fishing bait at Winn Dixie, which is just a 5 minute drive away. I zipped over there every day as we decided what we wanted to cook for supper. We also fished off the dock and paddled around with the provided kayaks. We drove to Key West one day to see all the sites. If you like historical sites, visit Fort Zachary Taylor! My daughter and I also really enjoyed touring the Turtle Hospital on Marathon. Sweet Savannah's dessert shop is great, too! It was a wonderful week with many memories made. This home is well maintained with thoughtful amenities. I definitely recommend it.

You are so correct, the location of our home is central to all of the FL Keys, upper and lower and so much to do right in Marathon. 1 week isn't enough for a family to explore our islands.
