South Forest Beach, 2 BR, 2 BA Ground Floor Villa, Summer discount available!

It is our pleasure to share this fully equipped villa with friends and soon-to-be friends interested in renting a perfectly located and priced vacation spot. The villa is a short 6-7 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and Coligny Plaza. The beach enables you to get away from it all, with no crowds even in the busy season. Coligny Plaza is town center and has lots of restaurants, shopping, live entertainment in the summer and two ice cream parlors.

The villa is located on the ground floor of the building. Only step up to the side walk to enter the villa. No steps to enter the villa. The villa was renovated in 2020 including painting all walls & smoothing the ceiling. The primary bathroom has new tile and vanity as well as fan, light fixtures and towel bars. All new doors throughout the condo including the closets. All new light fixtures and overhead fans. A new hot water heater was installed. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with pillow top bedding and plenty of storage space which includes 2 large closets, 2 dressers, 2 night stands and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, dresser and 2 nightstands. Need to catch up on work or check email? The second bedroom includes a desk and monitor to use with your lap top. The villa has high-speed (100MBps+) Internet.

The villa's living room includes a large coffee table large perfect to play games while comfortably seating 5-6 people. There is a sleeper sofa, love seat and chair. The sleeper sofa sleeps 2 people. There is a 48” smart TV that includes a Blu-Ray disc player. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all you need to cook your favorite vacation comfort foods. In addition, the villa includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Just outside of the sliding glass door in the living room is a patio with table with umbrella and 4 chairs to sit and enjoy the moderate climate at Hilton Head Island. The pool is a short walk from the patio.

Ceiling fans are in the living room, master bedroom & second bedroom. The villa has a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. Comfort and safety are a priority in our home.

The Island House complex has it own large fenced pool and bike storage areas for bikes and rental bikes. Near the pool are 2 community grills for you to enjoy. Two bikes are included in your rental and are located to the right of the Villa when looking at it from the street. Additional bikes may be rented at any of the numerous local bike rental site located through the island. (There is one within walking distance of the villa.).

Besides your car, bikes are a great way to see and experience the island. There are 64 miles of improved trails that traverse the entire island. The Villa includes two bikes for you to use during your holiday. There are also various shuttle-bus and golf cart shuttles that can help you get to Coligny Plaza and other nearby points of interest. They have stops on the street right in front of Island House. The walking / bike paths also allow visitors to travel easily by foot. Harbor Town is a highlight of most visitor's trip to see the famous historic lighthouse and listen to nightly music in the summer under the several hundred year old oak tree. Historic Savannah, Georgia is about a 45 minutes drive. Take Highway 17 for a scenic route.
