All the rooms, kitchen, living room are located on one floor so you’re not constantly climbing stairs.

There are 3 bedrooms, Master has a king size bed with adjacent bath, a second bedroom has king size bed, and third bedroom has a queen. There are 3 full bathrooms total plus an outdoor shower.

There is a fully equipped kitchen; stove, microwave, fridge and coffee makers. A Smart TV, DVD player, WiFi, and a desk if you need to get some work done. Plenty of deck spaces for reading your favorite book.

The private pool is over looked by the back screened in deck where you can sit in the shade enjoying the gulf breeze. If you’re a lucky fisherman there is an outdoor sink for cleaning your catch or just washing off some shells. The Driveway is a pull through so boat trailers don't need to back up

This is a perfect place for a family with children, we welcome pets. The garage is fully enclosed to protect your bikes, golf cart or fishing gear.

In order to be transparent, we have three exterior cameras one over the front driveway, the back stairs and the third is monitoring pool filtration equipment. (this does not see the pool )

We need to be upfront with all future guests. This is not an Event’s or Party house it has a limited number of people that can occupy the property, Florida laws. The rental agreement strictly forbids numbers greater than what is registered at the time of booking. The State of Florida can issue large fines to rentals with more guests than the property’s limit and see occupants as anyone on the property whether they are sleeping there or not.
