The beautiful community of Lake Berkley is in one of the best locations in Orlando for all the parks, which are just 10 minutes drive away, shopping, dining out and entertainment. There is a 24 hour Walmart superstore within walking distance for all your daily needs.

Lake Berkley is a quiet, safe community with 24 hour gated access. There are two lakes and dozens of walking trails, a fitness centre, and an outdoor pool with small beach.

The villa has just recently been decorated, with new carpets, beds, furniture and t.v.'s. Its a very comfortable, well-kept villa and is kept spotlessly clean by our very efficient and helpful management company who are at hand for any issues or questions you may have.

The private pool is secluded and quiet, and there is plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy everything that Orlando has to offer.
