PROSPECTIVE GUESTS: for your safety, all housekeepers have been trained in the SAFEHOME Vacation Rental Management Association Cleaning Guidelines for COVID-19.

This is a large bright 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation pool home in an upscale, quiet, well maintained, gated community. This home was a MODEL HOME and has the best location in this community with only one neighbor. VERY PRIVATE pool area that has UNOBSTRUCTED sun on the pool and deck from about 11 am to sunset! It backs up to a beautiful sprinkled lawn, your TENNIS COURT, a large pond where Florida wading birds love to stop, conservation area and a basketball hoop. This home sleeps eight in beds and is set up with two master suites, perfect for two families traveling together or for the grandparents. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, large soaking tub and walk-in closet. The pool is extra long, 28 feet, and the deck oversized. Pool can be heated if desired in winter (at additional cost of $25/night). The home is fully equipped for your vacation pleasure. There is a 55 inch HD TV in the great room. The owners stay here and fuss over the details of maintenance. This home is twenty minutes from Disney, all the attractions, shopping, golf and dining. You can walk to a Super Wal-Mart. The community has a separate large lake with gazebo, child's play area, Community Center with a large, recently redone swimming pool with hot tub, barbecue area and fishing (catch and release). New pool furniture 2019. Home painted inside and out 12/2020. Pool refinished 6/2021. FREE INTERNET.
No Smoking home.

Loved staying here at this Villa in Lake Berkley. The villa is huge and was ample big-enough and more. It's very easy to find and perfectly located from Orlando Airport (30 mins) and the Disney parks (20 mins).The layout is great and the pool is excellent for those hot summer relaxing days away from the parks.We had a couple of very minor issues, but these were dealt with swiftly and were no bother.Only minus we would mention is the property could do with some new patio furniture (chairs, table and loungers and bit worn and stained) and the parasol was broken. It wouldn't hurt to maybe invest in a new set of plates,cups, pots, pans etc as the items that are in the kitchen (which are perfectly usable) were a bit of a mis-match and seemed to be made up of items people had left behind.That said, we had a wonderful time and would certainly not hesitate to come back.

Great house

The house looked just like photos! We loved the pool, it was always clean. Loved the location of the house close to Walmart, places to eat not far from downtown Disney. It is in a quiet gated community. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous

Second time staying here, just as good as the first time. Excellent location for parks, supermarket, malls etc. Lovely size clean pool, perfect for after a busy day in the parks. Good to see the local wildlife. Good to have security close by and management company just a call away if any problems occur which they didn’t. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunate

It was unfortunate that we chose to check in on a Saturday. We accessed the key fine, but tried to open the garage door, and it would not budge. Called the manager, got a recording. Called the emergency number, was told he would "possibly" be able to stop by on Monday. Most issues, minor or not, occur early during check-in, and to wait two days or more to have them resolved, is unreasonable. Our next stop was to check out the pool, which was a big draw for our choice of property, and we paid extra for the heat. We found the pool cover in a heap beside the pool, and covered in dirt and mildew. Below the heap was a table umbrella and pool toys which had started drawing mildew and bugs. The deck was dirty to the point that we had to clean our feet to walk back inside the house. First impressions like these set the tone for the entire visit. When our guests arrived on Monday, we had the pool area acceptable, but did not check their bedding. The sheets were clean, but worn thin with dark "pilling" requiring replacement. The shower curtain was disgustingly covered in mildew. They did not stay as long as planned, nor did we.These types of issues can be remedied very economically, but were not. I can only assume it is because of lack of oversight from an absentee owner. It is difficult to give this honest review because we contacted the owner on numerous occasions, and he was very empathetic and helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned. With small changes, it has great potential.

We had a great stay for our Disney trip. The place was really nice and clean, tons of room! We had one slight issue while there and reached out to the owner who was incredibly receptive and quick to respond! We will be staying here again for our next trip!!

Perfect Vacation Rental

Rented this property for our Disney family vacation and it was the perfect fit for us! Very conveniently located, close to shopping and the parks! Wonderful space and an excellence home away from home for the entire family! Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent stay

Stayed for 2 weeks for a family holiday consisting of 4 adults and 2 children - check in process was easy including security on the front gate of the community, house is clean and great layout - pool was fantastic all the communication through the owner was replied to quickly and the location is absolutely ideal by far the best place to stay if you are visiting Disney/universal - would 100% stay again!

a bit old and tired,needs a refresh,good owner!

The location is just where we wanted, having stayed in this area many times over the last 10-12 trips over the last decade. It is close to Disney, an easy commute to idrive and universal is close enough (just remember i4 is always busy). The owner themselves are probably THE best owners we have had in a decade of Florida trips, had useful advice for Hurricanes, were quick to answer any questions/issues and the issues we had with a dead TV were rectified quick and efficiently with minimum fuss. This property was a little old and tired in places, the window blinds were bent, broken or not functioning properly (we had been told about this just prior to our arrival), the Sofa's near the tv are not very cofmortable but they are functional, the ones at the front of the property are threadbare and have holes in several places, The beds mattress are quite well worn in the double rooms, with large trenches in them from use makes them quite uncomfortable as you either fall in ior are against a higher edge where they are very soft, the towels are hard and functional, the table/chairs near the kitchen area are quite heavily used and very wobbly from age. We had hurricane helene during our stay, the property itself was fine and the owner was very helpful providing instructions, we had some very minor damage to the pool screening, where it ripped in 3-4 places halfway through our stay, this wasnt rectified before we left, which made for a bit of bug fest for the last 8-9 days

We enjoyed a great 2 weeks stay in Orlando. The property is exactly as advertised and in close proximity for Disney and Universal Studios. Ken is an excellent host who responds quickly to any question you have. Thank you Ken!

Gated community

Started out a little rocky.. home was not cleaned from previous guest, but I called property manager and left a message for Michael and it was taken care of very quickly. We stayed at this property for 13 nights, but did not spend a crazy amount of time at this property because of our busy schedule traveling back and forth for the AAU national volleyball tournament in Orlando. It rained a lot so we did not get to use the pool like we would have liked. I liked the gated community, we felt very safe here, and the fact that trash and recycling were pulled to the curb by the community so I didn’t have to remember what day to do so. The property does need some updating and some minor repairs or replacements, but I was happy because it gave me a place to relax and sleep.

A fabulous holiday

The villa was in a lovely location in a gated community. It was large and spacious with a lovely pool area overlooking the tennis courts . It was clean and tidy and perfect for our family . Ken was very responsive to my questions and kept me informed of anything i needed to know . We would definitely come back

Location and options are Fantastic

Note to self. . . And Others. . . Communicate and get results. We LOVED the location. The park, the Pool, The Basketball, The Tennis (BRING RACKETS), The Rec Center, The Big pond and the Small one. 3 Bathrooms and a Private Master Suite.. Yes.. Yes and YES...

Great stay!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in Lake Berkeley so have knowledge of this district. The house was just as it was advertised. We only had a short stay here but I was happy with the house. The owner warned us that some of the blinds were damaged and are being replaced soon which was a problem to us. Ken was very prompt answering any queries I had about the property and nothing was too much trouble . Thank you Ken.
