You can park your car and walk or bike to all the amenities and attractions that downtown Rehoboth has to offer awaits. This townhome is 4 blocks from the beach, and less than one block to Rehoboth Avenue located in a quiet neighborhood directly behind the famous Dogfish Head Brew Pub. Enjoy restaurants, casual dining, nightlife, shopping or take a quiet stroll through the neighborhood, it's your choice. The area is a fun destination for a memorable vacation in season as well as a great weekend away in the off season.

This two story property features updated modern furnishings and dark hardwood flooring throughout. It offers a large second floor balcony for sunning that overlooks the saltwater pool, and a semi-private gardened patio for relaxing and grilling. Tastefully furnished in a clean, modern motif. Two newly renovated bedrooms, one with a king- size bed and another with a queen-size bed. The upstairs bathrooms have also been newly renovated. There is also a queen-size sleep sofa in the living room. Half bath downstairs. Building has had a complete exterior makeover in 2010.

You are welcome to bring your dog for an additional fee.

We want to make sure you enjoy your stay. Please notice the only access to the upstairs is by the spiral staircase. If you or someone in your party has any physical limitations please take this into consideration before booking. Some dogs may not climb the stairs. I know we had to coax ours up with treats, one step at a time. We want everyone (including Fido) to be happy and comfortable.

Due to the short turn over time between guests, you are required to provide towels and bed linens for the beds being used. If you do not want to bring linens there are linen rental companies that provide drop off and pick up service.

Please be aware in-season, June 15 - September 15 there is a 7 day rental period from Saturday to Saturday. If you need other arrangements please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
