Romar Village is conveniently located on Perdido Beach Boulevard close to many restaurants and stores in Orange Beach and just across the street from the white sandy beach.
The complex is small with 5 buildings and only 20 units. It is secluded and provides a peaceful escape from the crowds. It is a perfect getaway for families.

The two bedroom with new furniture, two bath condo is conveniently located up one flight of stairs on the lower level close to the beautiful outdoor pool. It does not have an elevator. Covered parking for two vehicles is under the building. Boat parking is at the back of the complex.
The large master bedroom has a queen bed, sitting area and full bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony.

The guest bedroom also has a queen bed with a full bath just across the hall.

The living room has a comfortable sofa that easily converts to a pull out queen bed and quickly folds up for a cool hang out to watch TV or check in on the wireless internet. The dining room has a table that seats four and a bar that seats two. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the main living area allowing you to fix a meal or a snack while still being included in all the fun.

Your condo has a stackable washer dryer combo if you want to catch up on laundry before you leave or close the door and save it until you get back to reality.
A grill and picnic table between building 1 and 3 are the perfect place to grill your fresh caught fish!
A short walk across the street leads to the beach with the wagon loaded with chairs, umbrella, and cooler. You may rather pack the car and drive to one of the two public beaches in Orange Beach. Romar Beach Access has parking and port-a-potties while Cotton Bayou has parking, bathrooms, and even an in season snack shack.

You must be 25 years or older to rent.
Check out is 10:00 AM and Check in is at 4:00 PM
