Charming two bedroom cottage ideally located in a family friendly Cliff neighborhood, a short distance to Steps Beach, Something Natural bakery, the Lily Pond and Town. Outfitted and appointed in stylish beach chic decor, all of the furnishings and high end linens are brand new and ready for the upcoming rental season. A new bluestone patio has been added to the backyard including a gas fire pit .

The house was perfect perfect location. It gave us everything we could possibly need, even a cooler !!!!(that we packed for our picnic.) House was very cute and Nantuckety !!! if I ever come to the island again, I hope this house is available for my next trip

Everything about this stay was truly wonderful. The host, Steph, was accommodating and responsive. The place was perfect for our family of 4. Location was ideal - walking distance to town and the beach! It was also stocked with beach supplies which was a huge help. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Vacation

What is there not to love about Nantucket? Always a wonderful trip and the Chic Cottage was absolutely perfect. Great location and amenities! The Corcorans are wonderful hosts and this little cottage was perfect for our family of four.

Just as good as last time!

My sisters and I stayed here for a second time in 2 years. The location is walkable to town, clean, and perfect for 4 adults. The host is easy to work with and very responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as pictured. The location is great and an easy walk to town. The beds are super comfy. We would definitely come back again.

We loved visiting Nantuckett and the cottage. Disappointed we had to cut our visit short by 1 day because of Hurricane Lee

Perfect Holiday Cottage

My family and I had a wonderful break at this gorgeous cottage. It was perfect for our family of 4. Checkin was easy and simple and Steph was responsive and so pleasant. It was very clean, and the beds are so comfortable. Loved the Linen!! The cottage is perfectly situated very close to the bus stop on the Madaket route. It's just a 10 minute walk to Steps Beach or Jetties beach and just a 10 minute walk into town. Something Natural sandwiches is around the corner. The cottage is bright and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need with a lovely outside area with fire pit and grill. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

August week

We had a great time at the house. We loved the decor, it was clean bright beachy and comfortable. The weather was not great but we did make use of the outdoor porch, grill, fire pit a few days. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Walkable to beach and town. The cottage was larger than I thought it would be /than it looks in the pictures. Thanks!

Perfect size and location

We were on Nantucket for a family wedding. This cottage was the perfect size for us. great location because we could walk into town, and it was in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was so comfortable. I would love to stay here again. I also recommended it to friends. Thank you Steph for being such a gracious host.

Comfortable Convenient Cottage

My husband and I spent 3 days in Nantucket with our 12 year old granddaughter. The cottage was a perfect launching place for our adventures as well as a comfortable place to rest and enjoy the beautiful island! The kitchen was well appointed, the living area was airy and inviting, the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy, and we really enjoyed the outdoor area. The location was convenient to the beach and town as long as you don't mind a nice walk (which we actually enjoyed!) Thank you for helping us to give our granddaughter a wonderful gift!

Just as advertised.

House was just as advertised...cute, clean, good amenities, and walkable to downtown. We had no issues and owner and property manager were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great ACK Home

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house just off of Cliff Road. It was an easy walk to town and in a quiet neighborhood. Stephanie and Ryan were wonderful hosts and responsive to any questions we had. The house is nicely appointed and the kitchen has all new appliances. The house has chairs, bikes, coolers- everything you need for a great day at the beach. My family had a great stay in the comfy home.

A perfect week

Steph's house is so comfortable! All the spaces work well — living areas, bedrooms, baths, kitchen — and it's on such a pretty, quiet street. We walked to and from the beach and town or had a short Uber ride. Highly recommend!

Lovely vacation!

We had such a great time here! Home was very cute and had everything you would need. It was it great condition, had AC units in all rooms and main living space, parking spot, and spacious kitchen! pretty easy access to town and the beach but would recommend renting a car or biking. Also noticed that the shuttle was active down the street so thats good to know for a future stay! Tip for any other renters: the checkout process takes a while so make sure you wake up early the day you check out (dont schedule your flight/drive/travel until after checkout) otherwise there are many fees that you may encounter which I was unaware of until I got there (again, makes sense but if you use both rooms theres no way you can casually wash all sheets and dry them and fold to put them back on the bed the same morning unless you wake up at 5 am which is what we did) . Totally doable but dont try to go do anything until after checkout. Would love to come back one today!!!

Cozy, sweet cottage

Loved the chic cottage... and the host could not have been more attentive and helpful! We had alittle trouble with the door keys, but learned the salt air was possibly the source. Also the key box on the side of the house was a challenge only because none of us 4 had any experience and didn't realized the code was needed to open AND CLOSE it. We finally figured it out 🤦‍♀️. Overall it was just perfect for us 4 friends and we carry the memory with us now. Thank you Steph!!

Perfect Getaway

This cute little cottage was clean and in the perfect location. You can easily can walk to town or grab an Uber to get where you are going. The fire pit was nice for the cool evenings we had. The host answered all of our questions promptly. While the property does have some bikes, 2 had flat tires that appear to be busted. I highly recommend renting them anyway if you plan to bike around the island. I would stay here again without question.

Perfect ACK long weekend!

I was drawn to the tasteful decor of this cottage and it totally delivered! Loved all the attention to detail and designer touches throughout the home. The beds were very comfortable. The fire pit was a bonus! Great location, easy walk to town. Will totally stay again! The owner was so helpful and a pleasure to message with. They even treated us to a welcome wine delivery. We love to travel! We fell in love with Nantucket on our first visit. It's a special place that is pure Americana in the summer and calm and serene in the Fall. We love to take long walks, sunset cocktails on the beach, BBQ's in the yard, and ending the night at the Juice Bar for the worlds best ice cream.

Enter into the living room with television and stylish seating area. Straight ahead is the newly remodeled kitchen and the dining area with seating for six off to the left; access to the front furnished deck is from the dining area. Off of the living room is a tiled shower bathroom with the stackable washer and dryer. Down the hall are two bedrooms; the master has a king bed and ensuite shower bathroom and across the hall is a bedroom with two twin sized beds.
