Located in Long Bay just .7 km from Long Bay Beach access or through Leeward to access Grace Bay with .5 acre fully enclosed resort-style grounds and plenty of space for outdoor living and entertaining centered around a fabulous pool and outdoor living area.

A full remodel includes all new air conditioning units, furniture, mattresses, appliances, etc. of high-end finishes that await your family in an extremely clean and comfortable single-family villa.

The villa is 5 driving minutes from Salt Mills shopping, restaurants, etc. You can walk to Long Bay beach but that would be a hike at 0.7 km, yet less than a 3-minute car ride to the beach through the neighborhood. For Grace Bay, you drive through Leeward (gated community of $2M+ homes) and access that beach in about a 4-minute drive. All of the beach parking is easy and free so you will have no disadvantage having the car, other than the economy rentals are all the size of a VW bug, but with 4 doors, so you may upgrade to a larger car, minivans or SUV.

There are 2 Graceway grocery stores (Gourmet is 4 a minute drive and the larger store is less than 8 minutes) that we use.

Our villa is not on the beach and in a residential area on a .5 acre lot with a 6-foot perimeter wall so you will have privacy and space, but not desolate. Our neighbors include two doctors and a chief of police as we understand, we are still meeting new neighbors on our visits.

For our guests' concerns and health; the Turks & Caicos Islands Environmental Health Department annually and professionally inspects and approves the Medori Companies, LTD. cleanliness and COVID plan as of July 17, 2020.
