Come stay at Turquoise Moon villa. This home is brand new to the rental market on the island. It is located on NEWLY PAVED ROAD on Long Bay, home to kite surfing on Providenciales. But still only ten minutes away from the world renowned Grace Bay beach. It is perfect for couples or a family looking for a perfect getaway.
The main space of the home features indoor outdoor living at its best! All you need to do is open the doors and it’s completely open. It is a 2 bedroom with 2 bath villa. The kitchen is large with several stools to enjoy breakfast before heading out to the beach.
This villa has a private pool with large deck to maximize the view and of course magnificent sunsets! The deck is equipped with loungers, bbq and a dining area.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing island getaway. The location made it easy to explore and enjoy everything the islands have to offer. The owners were incredibly responsive to my questions before and during our trip, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The manager, Kennon, was super helpful and provided excellent suggestions on what to do around the islands. Those recommendations really enhanced our visit.One of the highlights of our stay was watching the beautiful sunsets in the pool! Overall, this was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great island stay!

The Turquoise Moon Villa was a great place to stay for my daughter & my visit to Providenciales. The Villa was very spacious, clean, nicely stocked with amenities and had a very nice open concept out into the screened-in patio then out to the pool area. Enjoyed taking a dip in the pool late afternoon just to relax, and we really enjoyed the wonderful view from the pool deck! The location was far enough away from all the tourist traffic, yet close enough for a short easy drive to several of the Public Beach Access points along Grace Bay (with parking). Matt was a great host and very quick to respond with any communication. Also enjoyed meeting Kennon who stopped by shortly after our arrival. He was extremely nice and shared a wealth of local information that we found extremely useful! Lots of beach towels, a couple of inflatables and beach chairs. Everything we needed was there. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Matt & Kennon.

Great stay

We loved our stay at this house. Great views at night for sunset, a perfect place to come and relax after a day on the beach. VERY quiet around the house, no real activity. Felt completely safe. We loved it, highly recommend

Nothing short of exceptional!

My family and I traveled to TCI to meet our daughter who is studying abroad in South Caicos. We all met in Provo and stayed nine nights at this beautiful home. It was perfect for the five of us. We utilized the two bedrooms along with the sofa bed in the living room. Every day, we enjoyed the stunning views of the ocean, and every evening, we were awestruck by the gorgeous sunsets that we watched from the deck! The location of the home was perfect for us - quiet, but yet so close to everything (especially the beach)! Kennon, the property manager on Provo, was amazing. He visited the home and gave us a tour on our first day there. He shared his love and knowledge of TCI, and when anything needed attention, he responded promptly. Matt, our host, was just as awesome! He, too, responded quickly to any need we had. As the title states, our stay was nothing short of exceptional! If and when we ever return to Provo, we wouldn't think twice about staying at the home again! :-)

Great Place

The manager Kennon was helpful, informative and attentive. The house was clean, bright and airy. The ktichen had everything we needed and the location was quick drive to most beaches and resturants. Would stay again!

PERFECTION!

My husband and I have been vacationing in TCI for over 10 years, always renting homes, so safe to say we have experience. Turquoise Moon was perfect. It truly has everything you need. My favorite thing to do was sitting in the lanai each morning reading my book and look out a the beautiful view. Speaking of views, the sunsets were spectacular. The house was set-up perfectly, clean, cozy & comfortable. Book! Book! Book!

Quiet and lovely home

Kennon was the property manager and welcomed us on arrival and reached out almost daily to ensure all was well during our week vacation in the home. The roads are all paved to the home and a 10-15 minute drive from Grace Bay area. Quick access to the TCI ferry (to visit North and Middle Caicos) and our excursions for jetskiing (TCI Flyboard) and boat tour (Paradise Excursions, private). You can see the blue ocean waters from the pool and from the kitchen. There are nice lounge chairs outside, pool floats in the sunroom (inside table) and the pool was always nice and cool when returning from the beach. There is 1 beach umbrella and 4 backpack-type beach chairs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of beach towels, a soft sided cooler for beach drinks. We loved the quiet. There is an a/c unit in each bedroom and the main room. We did not really see the kitchen so can't add a lot in regards to cooking meals but did seem to have supplies to cook a meal.

Great spot for friends trip

Came with a friend for a long weekend, and this house was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and functional, beds and bedding were very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach chairs and towels for visiting local beaches, and spent evenings in the pool watching the sunset. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Location was great for us - we had a rental car and got to see the entire island.

Excellent Family Vacation

Wonderful property. Very well appointed. Everything we needed. The house is positioned to receive the island breeze which was our favorite part. Pool, privacy, and sunset was a plus! Fully stocked kitchen and grill if you want to cook in. If you come to Provo you will need a car. There is soooo much to get out and see. The Host and Kennon are both very responsive and ready to answer any questions. The property will not disappoint and our Family can not wait to return. Thank you, Matt!!

Nice, modern house

It is a very nice house with modern amenities and a nice plunge pool. It has a great western view from its hilltop location. The neighborhood is being developed and the roads are rough, but I liked seeing the undeveloped areas with native vegetation, and didn't mind the dirt roads. It is close to long bay beach which is great for kiteboarding.

Very nice home!! Has everything we needed for our stay. Matt was very helpful before we arrived and answered all my questions pre trip to help us plan our first trip to T&C. Kennon who manages the property visited us our first day and was very helpful. He was available the whole time we were there and ready to help if/when needed. Sunset views are amazing. The road to property is a little rough but is supposed to be paved soon. Just minutes from the beaches!!

Best part of the Island

Live like a local. Great views of Long Bay and Juba sound. The house has plenty of room and it well appointed for a vacation. Chairs, coolers, towels, and an umbrella are available for us at any of the many beaches on the island. Do rent a car to be able to visit Grace Bay, Long Bay, Taylor, Sapadilla, Malcoms, Leeward, Pelican beaches. We also enjoyed staying in and cooking and even saw the green flash at sunset twice. The pool and patio are great with outdoor dining as well as a screened in porch when the bugs are active (hint: take bug spray for morning and evening). The area is safe and has a neighborhood feel. If you are ready to go beyond the 'Hub', this is a great place to see a different part of the island but be close to grocery store, restaurants and beaches.

Beautiful

Our trip to Turks and Caicos was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I decided to take a long weekend trip there and rented Turquoise Moon from VRBO. We found this place and what a beautiful place. From having breakfast on the quaint front porch watching the sunrise and enjoying the morning breeze to the relaxing pool side dinners and cocktails while the sunset, we wanted for nothing. If you open the front door w/the screen and the sliding doors to the closed in back porch you get a cool breeze. The house had everything you needed to enjoy a day/night in. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of room in the bathrooms, the living area had a comfortable couch, tv and a few games, we ate at the counter or the table on the porch. Most of our time was spent pool side, soaking in the sun, and the moon. Our days were spent “sightseeing” the beaches, local area and restaurants, which were less than 15-20 minutes from the house, and actually the airport is pretty close too. There are so many nice restaurants to go to, we have a list of ones we want to go to next time we go. It is a little strange driving on the opposite ride of the road, but once you get the hang of it, it’s not too bad, and keep in mind that you need to be on the left. It was very easy to deal with the owners. We had a few questions before going and I got a quick response from them. Definitely would rent again. Thank you Turquoise Moon for a wonderful weekend!!

Great stay at Turks and Caicos

We just came back from our trip from the amazing Turks. It was our first time at the island. You can't beat the price of this stay. We stayed at this home for 10 days, Everything about the VRBO description is accurate including the location, the home, and the views. We had amazing sunrises in the front of the home and amazing sunsets in the back of the home. We had everything we needed for the beach with chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The pool and deck and BBQ grill were used on a daily basis and the deck was very spacious for the 4 of us. The home was clean, sheets/linens/bath towels and beds were soft and comfortable. **Just a few things to note, the house is located on a dead end road and is very secluded. We felt safe, but you will definitely need to rent an SUV. There was new construction on the adjacent property. It didn't bother us during the day because we weren't there and they were done by 5 pm. The breeze was amazing when both front and back doors and windows were opened, We suggested to the property manager a screen door for the front door to prevent insects from coming in. We also suggested a privacy curtain in the master bath as this window faced the new property being built. Honestly, there wasn't much we would change to the home and property. It was a great experience and we loved being away from the crowds and staying in this little oasis.
