Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico allows for the great views at this beautiful home. Bring your boat or rent one! The new dock allows for a maximum 25' boat length including engines.

Copacabana has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offers gorgeous views, sophisticated interiors, and relaxing privacy. Take a dip in the new pool, heated at an extra charge, or sit by the water and enjoy the beautiful view under the new gazebo. The property is wonderfully situated on the Gulf side of Marathon in the heart of the Florida Keys by the 7 Mile Bridge. The location is perfect for quick access to fishing, ocean or stay on the Gulf side, snorkeling or diving. A perfect romantic retreat for 2 couples or a family of 4.

We book Saturday-Saturday.

This house is even more beautiful than the pictures show, especially the outdoor area! The little grotto by the pool is just charming and everything is decorated so well. Inside, the kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a vacation rental property, with everything you could possibly need including an immersion blender! Paulo is very responsive to any questions or needs and made our visit easy.

Marathon get away

Property was very neat and clean, there were clear instructions on the fridge regarding garbage, recycle bins and fish cleaning and storage, this was helpful. The home was so cutely decorated it really gave me that beach vacation vibe. The location was perfect, close enough to walk or bike to many local restaurants or stores. Overall, I would go back to stay again!

Property was amazing. Angel fish, snapper and parrot fish were out front every day. Highly recommend this location!

Well maintained Keys home with dockage

Great house with lots of outdoor space on the water. Easy access for boat with ramp 5 min away. Cool decorations and well equipped with kitchen equipment, storage, laundry, etc. I would book again.

The reviews were spot on! This home is not only beautiful but also impeccably maintained. It has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Enjoy stunning views of the open water, a charming Tiki hut, and a heated pool. It's within walking distance to the 7 Mile Grill, Porky's, and Sea Dog Charters, which we took out on Christmas Day. Plus, the fishing from the dock is fantastic! Hope to book again soon!.

Beautiful property

This was our 7th time staying in this same home. That enough, should say how much we love it. The home and view is gorgeous, and stocked so well as we cooked most of our meals in and spent most the time on the boat that we rented or on the dock and in the pool. Communication with Paulo was prompt and he was very quick to fix a small plumbing issue we had. I was so excited to see that a downstairs bathroom was added, which I had mentioned about in the past. Pool was a little cold at times. Did not feel the need to pay for heating though as its 90 degree Florida. We will be back next year!!!

Amazing Week In Paradise

We have stayed in the keys several times… this is by far the nicest property we’ve rented. The location is perfect… walking distance to lots of restaurants and activities. Walking distance to the seven mile bridge… the home has gorgeous views. My husband and I had a fabulous vacation, and perfect weather. We were able to hang out and relax, but also enjoyed all the fun the keys have to offer. Our only regret is not staying longer! We will be back next year for sure!

AMAZING!!!

Do not hesitate to book this property! It has everything you could want! Very well appointed just like you are at home. Super clean! Easy walk to some great restaurants and bars. Perfect outdoor space to hang out, cook out, sunbath, dip in pool. Manatees swam right in front of dock. We would book this place again without a doubt. Paulo was very nice and responsive. We had an incredible vacation there.

Great Family Getaway

This property was a beautiful house and location on water. My husband, me and 2 teenage kids stayed here last week. We saw manatees and dolphin from dock. We fished every day from dock, caught smaller fish and an eel (yikes) and also rented a boat from Pipps. This was our 4th trip to Marathon, different location. We walked to breakfast most morning's which was nice.

After than the pictures!

Very clean. Very responsive host. Great views. Listing pictures don’t do it justice. Ample parking. Close to attractions. Restaurants and grocery. Plan to return, I give the rental my highest regards. Pool was great to cool off in.

Very nice!

Very clean, well maintained. Attention to detail everywhere. The kitchen is well stocked. We found everything we needed. Fantastic views. We enjoyed watching the birds and the boats, reading in the outdoor spaces, and checking to see what types of fish are in the water. A couple restaurants are in walking distance, which was nice to leave the car behind for a change. Many thanks for providing such a wonderful place - we had a great stay!

Beautiful home with great view.

Home was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and the outdoor area is exceptional. We enjoyed watching the boats and lounging by the pool. We saw dolphins, manatee, nurse sharks and many fish right off the dock. Exceptional place to stay! Paulo was very responsive to any messages and extremely easy to work with.

Cozy and clean

Very well maintained, clean and comfortable rental. Well stocked kitchen and nice new outdoor area and splash pool. So many pluses but on the downside, the outdoor security cameras (there are LOTS of them) made some in our group uncomfortable.

Another amazing stay!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was just as great as the last. The house and grounds are always so clean and well kept. We have rented a boat both times and docked it out back. It is such a convenient place to boat from and the dock is easy to get in and out of. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay!

This was a great property, house was very clean, and they had everything that you would need already there. Check in and out was simple. We had a great time and would go back again. Anniversary trip w/bonus of no kids!

My husband and I were lucky enough to get away for our anniversary this year w/the added bonus of no kids! Although it was one of many trips to the Keys, its was our first to Marathon and to stay at Copacabana. We just loved it! The Oliveiras have a lovely beach home. It checks all the boxes and more for a great couples vacation. Comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, well stocked kicthen, laundry, plenty of parking, and an amazing outdoor space. Outdoors is where we spent most of our time. Fishing from the dock, lounging by the dip pool, enjoying the view with a book, and each others company. Having a bite to eat under the gazebo with the outdoor kitchen and grill. Even chatting w/the neighbors! Paulo is very responsive, answered every question, and attended to any need we had. We would without a doubt, plan another trip down to Copacabana! Many thanks also to the Oliveiras, for wishing my husband and I a happy anniversary!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We made trips to the Bahamas every summer for many years until we rented a house in Marathon and trailer our boat down for two weeks in 2015. We really love the area and got all exited to own a property there. We felt in love with this home the first time we saw it and purchase it in 2016. It has beem our paradise since.
The best place to relax, fishing or just appreciate the wonderful water view.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Stilt home with an open water view to the horizon and located close to the 7 mile bridge, no matter which way the wind blows, most days you can find a place to fish. The bridge, one of the very best "fishing holes" is five minutes from the dock. The Gulf is your front yard & the Ocean is just around the corner.
