As music lovers, we wanted our stylish new house to pay homage to Music City’s Country Music icons with chic bedroom decor in their honor. Guests will clamor to “call dibbs” on the Dolly Room, the Cash Room, the Patsy Room, the Loretta Room, the Willie Room and the Hank Room! With 2.5 spa-like bathrooms including a master bathroom with double vanity, soaker tub and walk in shower. Welcome to The Icon House in East Nashville!

Your group, family or party will enjoy the best Nashville has to offer from this stylish, brand-new home that sleeps up to 12 guests. Set in the heart of East Nashville (dubbed one of the top 12 coolest hoods in the USA) guests will enjoy world-class dining and some of the hippest bars in town within minutes of your doorstep!

Our brand new home has 4 bedrooms with a second story shared space. There are a total of 8 beds complete with brand new Hampton and Rhodes pillow top mattresses. Here are the room breakdowns:

After award-winning margaritas and grub 3 blocks away at Mas Taco or a 10 minute Uber ride to the famous Honky Tonks on Broadway, you’re guaranteed to sleep comfortably at The Icon House!

The Icon House features an open floor plan perfect for group and family hangouts or a cozy get away. The main floor includes a sprawling living area, large lounging sectional and arm chairs, a wall-mounted Roku Smart TV with Hulu streaming television services, an open dining area with seating for 8 with additional seating for 3 at the counter bar off the full kitchen. The main floor continues with a half bath, office with queen bed and king master bedroom with Roku Smart TV, master bath featuring a double vanity, luxurious soaker tub, shower and Carrara marble flooring.

The second story opens to a spacious living area with 3 twin beds and 3 additional private queen bedrooms which share a beautiful, full bathroom with marble counter tops, soaker tub and shower.

Enjoy all the finest amenities of home with sparkling new stainless steel appliances, new washer and dryer, Carrara marble countertops, and hardwood throughout. Huge windows flood The Icon House with natural light and views of our giant front yard and private, fully-fenced back yard!

We want your stay at The Icon House to be personal and uninterrupted. Come and go with your personal entry code so you have total privacy and checkin convenience and we'll stay out of your way. With that said, please don't hesitate to contact us for anything!

All events or parties must be approved by host. We love to have fun too--just keep us in the loop about your plans!

Other things to note:
*Early check ins and late check outs are available for $100 each and can be accommodated on a case by case basis depending on availability. The charge goes towards rescheduling and rushing the cleaning crew for the lost time but is totally doable! Just divide among the group and stay a while longer if possible.
