2000 square foot home on beautiful Anna Maria Island Florida, with all the upgrades and amenities. Short two block walk to the most beautiful white sand Gulf beach in the world and if you want to kick back at home at your private in-ground swimming pool. There is a spa with jets off the pool. NOTE: The pool/spa are heated by a heat pump heater and the target temperature is heated between 83 to 85 degrees for the pool and 101 for the spa. In the rare circumstance when the ambient air temperature is lower than the pool water the heater will not heat. Also please note it takes at least 45 minutes to heat the spa to a temperature of 101 degrees so you need to plan ahead if you want to use the hot tub.

Anna Maria Island is conveniently located near two major airports: Tampa International - 55 minutes drive or Sarasota Bradenton Airport, roughly 30 minutes drive. The island still maintains an old Florida feel, with uncrowded beaches and beautiful sunsets, while offering a diverse choice of restaurants and activities. World Class sunbathing, shelling, fishing, or just lounging are literally right outside your front door. With a private heated pool (winter only) and beach access, this house has everything you could ask for.

The house is luxuriously furnished. Special designer touches include - crown moldings, upgraded countertops, Satellite Direct TV service with ability to connect to Netflix. DVD player, full wet bar, parking for two cars in the garage and 2 cars outside on driveway. The master suite has a king bed and a master bath fit for a king or queen with bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and room for sitting and reading. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

This is truly paradise within reach. You will come for two weeks and never want to leave.

Loved this property, had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect as it was a bit too chilly for the beach this week. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops! We hope to come back!

Great place to stay on AMI

Location was great, kitchen was nicely outfitted. Pool and hot tub really made the stay extra relaxing. Wish there had not been workout equipment on the back screened porch, weight bench and exercise bike got in the way and was a tripping hazard made that space less usable.

We had a great time in Anna Maria. The location was great, and the pool was key! We had a slight issue with the A/C and John took care of it immediately - great communication and service!

This beach home was everything we needed. Small beach town/island. Beach home a minute from the beautiful beach. Beautiful sunsets. Our host was very accommodating and the home had everything we needed and more. We were able to rent a golf cart to go about the island as well, very nice. Would defiantly stay again.

Amazing location and perfect house for a family vacation

The property was in perfect location to a 5min walk to the beach. House is perfect for a family of 5-7 stay with the everything being very spaceous. House was very clean and had everything needed for the beach. The house owner was very helpful with all our questions.

Owner and property management are exceptional!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had comfortable sleeping for all 8 of us. There was a thick memory foam cover provided that we used on the foldout coach. We found everything we needed, and felt well taken care of. The house is cute and roomy, and the walk to the beach is s breeze.

Amazing house!

Very good and clean house! Everything what we needed was included. Very good location of the house, close to everything the beach and shops and restaurants. This is one of those rare cases when the real house was better than his photos :) We want to come back here next year!

Great family time

The house worked amazing for us. My husband loved sitting on the screened patio reading. We played games and cards, the kids played Xbox (we brought Xbox) together in the main room, we grilled most of our meals and enjoyed them together. It is stocked for everything you could need. We had fun on the beach, enjoyed the bikes, kids had ping pong tournaments and we loved the pool. Thanks

Warm and Woundrous

We loved this property! Had a nicely stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed for the beach and pool. John was there for us when we had questions or wanted advice. Responses were very quick and helpful! Comfy beds and furniture. Nice and clean.

Home away from home

We spent two weeks in the Carneys home on Anna Maria Island and we felt as if the house was our own. The inside of the house was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The grounds and the pool were cleaned twice during our stay, both by professional and courteous workers. Forget the car rental and walk to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf, free trolly all around the island. You will not be disappointed with this house or with Anna Maria Island. We will be returning.

Close to beach

Beautiful home with amazing pool and hot tub. Close to beach. Dishwasher wouldn’t work but owner is aware. King bed in master bedroom may need to be updated. Turning at night and getting in/out squeaked a lot. Overall we were happy with the home and love the location.

Really great house and property manager was easy to reach and quickly took care of things…..Only things I didn’t like was the pool has a camera on it so thats kinda creepy and the pool needs to be screened in badly because the mosquitoes made it hard to enjoy. But other then that its great.

Peaceful, quiet, and well appointed.

My family (ages 7-65) greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is located close to the action on Pine Street, but far enough away from the noise. The house itself is clean and comfortable with everything we needed, including great things for a beach day. We ran into a slight problem with the dishwasher, and the management contact answered the phone fast and was able to fix the problem quickly. The pool was warm even when temps dipped to 60. The only negative feedback I have is the interior could use a bit of paint as there are some signs of wear. All in all, we loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

We loved our stay!

My husband and I stayed for a month and loved the house. It was exceptionally clean, and I am pretty picky about cleanliness. We loved the screened-in porch on the main floor. It was great to have coffee in the morning while enjoying the scenery and we also ate dinner out there which was lovely. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and it had sun for most of the day. The location is great. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The trolley stop is only 5 minutes away as well. The house is mid-way on the island so you can get to the North or South end of the island very easily. It is about a 15 minute walk to get to either end of the island. The Property Manager and the owner were very attentive whenever I contacted them. I have nothing negative to say about the property. We loved it!

Wow!!! How vacation should always be!!!

How anyone could possibly give less than 5 stars for this place is beyond me. They have thought of it all!!! Anything you possibly need within reason is in standby. Bikes, chairs, cooler, extra fridge in the downstairs garage area, even an extra pack and play . From the start to finish we enjoyed every part of our stay here. Perfect area on the island too. If your looking to be somewhat secluded but still very close to the beach and the main strip this is the place for you. When we sat outside the patio during the day or night it was as we were miles and miles away from anything. Super quiet and so peaceful. I don't think we have ever left a review for anything however we felt compelled to while we were there and after we left to make sure we did. Thank you so much for an amazing memory with our family. You have truly spoiled us!!

3 week stay

The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the beach and there were plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, wagon and other beach necessities. The house was large and comfortable and we enjoyed many family/friend dinners on the screened in porch. The pool with spa was another added amenity that we used often. The bikes are not in great shape but useable. The biggest drawback is the seasonal traffic. The trolley stop is at the end of the street but is subject to traffic. We ended up walking to the area shops, fitness center and restaurants but it is a long walk and probably not easy for everyone. We also had friends staying on Longboat Key and the traffic doubled the time it took to get from one island to the other. Otherwise, our stay was extremely enjoyable and we are hoping to come back again next year.

Nice location, House needs some maintenance

We liked the location and size of the home. The grill was not easy to use and was old and rusty. The stairs to back patio are very dangerous. There are multiple nails sticking up on the stairs. The heater to the hot tube would not work because the thermastat was set too low. Someone came out to fix it promptly. The keyless entry stopped taking the code and we had to have someone come out and reset that. The dishwasher filter was full of film and the water would not drain properly. The oven took a very long time to preheat. I was told the week before we arrived that the house had showed signs of termites in the windows and that someone would be out to treat them. They did come to assess the windows and did not require to come in the home, and they came when they said they were coming and even called before they got there. The linen on the master suite bed did not fit the bed and the mattress had a cover on it, so we had to adjust the sheet several times a night to avoid sleeping on what seemed like plastic.

Lovely home on a beautiful island

This was such a terrific place to stay. We made great use of the pool and the kitchen and my daughter loved spending each evening watching “Prehistoric Planet” on the Apple TV account on the smart tv in the living room. Amazing location, easy to get to the Publix, Palm Avenue shops and Vinny’s for pizza!

We love having the pool in addition to the beach. Although nothing beats our great beach, its kind of nice to just hang with an adult beverage by the pool and have a BBQ with minimal hassle and convenience. But when it is beach time - 8 minutes walk and you are there, Best of both worlds. Plus we love the secluded, highly tropical feel of our street and heavy foliage.
