Deerhaven Lane House is a stylish vacation rental home with 2 acres of landscaped gardens and surrounding woodland, nestled at the end of a private road. It features a new chef’s kitchen, in ground pool, deck with outdoor grill and all the modern comforts needed to enjoy your stay in beautiful Hudson Valley whatever the season.

This bi-level ranch style house features an upper floor with a stylish open plan living and dining room, with a wood burning fireplace, cathedral ceilings, newly renovated gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry and closet. It is airy and sunlit with a wall of sliding glass doors leading to a large deck with a grill and views of backyard with pool, forest, and the majestic Blue Mountains beyond.

A hallway leads to three large bedrooms, the master has a king with en suite bathroom, first guest room has a queen, second guest room has a queen, and there is a guest bathroom.

The lower level features an open-plan den with a large sectional and extra seating, perfect for movies, reading, or cozy nights by the wood-burning stove. A double bed tucked into a nook provides a comfortable spot for lounging or additional sleeping space. You’ll also find books, board games, and puzzles to enjoy during your stay.

The spacious fourth bedroom on this level is a cozy hideaway designed with families in mind, sleeping up to five guests. It includes a twin loft over a double bed and a twin bunk bed, with an egress window that looks out onto the front yard. Kids and teens will love this space.
*PLEASE NOTE:
- The loft and bunk beds are best suited for children and teens, not adults.
- This room is available for larger groups of more than eight guests, at an additional cost of $100 per night. Please contact host.

The pool is open from early May to end of September. *Please note: guests cover pool heat charges and an official meter reading will be sent at the end of the stay. It is best if guests avoid having the heater on all day at the highest setting as it can be expensive. Use of pool cover over night helps retain heat.

The lower deck takes you to the sloped landscaped backyard which is perfect for kids and pets as it is fully fenced with a swing set, swimming pool and large Springfree trampoline.

The garage is used as a games' room with full size pool table, table tennis, and dart board. There is a craft table with plenty of art materials which is perfect for rainy days or if you want to take a break from the sun. We also have an electric go cart for older kids.

The house has central air/heat and ample parking is available on the private driveway.
