With 150 feet of frontage on the Esopus Creek in the back of the property and the rolling hills and barns of an organic farm in the front of the property, tranquility dominates the views seen from the windows of this gorgeous house located at the base of the Catskill mountains. We are excited to announce two new decks, an outdoor prep kitchen and an outdoor shower.

The space

Cook and grill overlooking the gorgeous creek on our double decks in the back of the house and retreat to the "Sunset / Buffalo" deck with your cocktails in the evening and watch the sunset and the rolling fields of the farm from the front of the house.

Newly and tastefully completed, the house was eco consciously designed with bamboo floors, reclaimed materials and vintage furnishings. This 2 bedroom and 1 bath cottage has a spacious open floor plan which includes a chef inspired kitchen with a large dining bar and French doors opening out from the main living area to a sprawling new deck surrounded by nature.

Privately set on a quiet road, in a beautiful neighborhood, this comfortably furnished cottage captures the essence of Hudson Valley living. Close to Saugerties, Rhinebeck, Uptown Kingston, Woodstock, Hudson, H.I.T.S, skiing, sledding, wineries, boutiques, acclaimed restaurants and within a mile of several rustic farms where you can purchase your fresh produce, milk and farm raised eggs.

You will not find a property quite like Brigham Place. As the many guest reviews suggest, the house is stocked with quirky decorations, fun accessories such as cowboy hats, sombreros, wigs and other toys to make your stay a memorable one.

To add to your enjoyment, we now provide 4 kayaks with life vests so that you can enjoy the Esopus Creek accessible directly from the private dock off of the backyard! You will have a beautiful 2.5 mile span of the creek between two lovely waterfalls to explore!

Other things to note
While we do charge a cleaning fee, we do expect you to leave the house in the same condition you found it in! This is our home and we are so very happy to share it's magic with you! Please take extra good care of it!

We are also a pet friendly property because our fur babies are also part of the family! However, we do charge a one-time pet fee of $50 as it does take extra time to clean after our fur babies. Please disclose if you will be bringing a pet(s) with you!
