We're sorry this stay fell this far short, and we take the concerns you've raised seriously. Your report has been escalated for a full on-site review of the home, covering window operation, the pool area and decking, and the outdoor amenities, and several corrections are already complete, including full replacement of the fire pit. The listing is being reviewed alongside that visit so it reflects the home accurately, and how cooling questions are handled before arrival is being addressed with our local team as well. We appreciate you documenting this in detail, and our team would welcome the chance to connect with you directly.
