My home is a light and airy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,000+ square foot San Diego beach rental unit that sleeps 7 comfortably, with a maximum of 5 adults. My unit is on the "Sunny Side" of the court, with tons of natural light coming in throughout the day. Being on the sunny side also allows the unit to have a beautiful outdoor lounge area, that is perfect for morning coffee, evening bbq's and everything in-between. Your family will love this space and the proximity to the bay - just a few steps to the soft sand of Mission Bay. The beach will even feel somewhat private as well, away from the hustle and bustle of most busy beaches. This home is a lovely choice for families that are looking for a quieter stay at the beach.

This home was recently remodeled and professionally redecorated in 2018, so it feels modern, updated and so well appointed that you won't need to bring much of anything for your trip. Go in through the patio to an open and inviting kitchen and living room area. You'll be able to cook meals here to enjoy with the whole family or clear the table to play board games and add a little bit of friendly competition to your vacation!

If you're looking for excitement, you really need go no further than Mission Beach and its 5-mile long boardwalk. Belmont Park is a must-do, as is riding its historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. This is a fun beachfront amusement park the entire group will enjoy, regardless of age.

Lots of other entertainment options are available within fifteen to twenty minutes of this San Diego beach rental. If you're in the mood to visit the animals, head over to Sea World or the vast San Diego Zoo. The kids will love seeing the vast array of animals they don't get to see at home!

The adults may especially enjoy traversing downtown San Diego, with its wide selection of hip bars and restaurants, plus shopping options to get some great souvenirs you'll actually use. Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego. My property is in South Mission Beach about 50 yards to the Bay and right across the street from the ocean.

This rental is located in a very quiet, high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
