This premier top level unit features 3br+2ba, sleeps 7 (5 adults max), an exclusive top floor view deck with outdoor seating + additional deck with dining set, A/C & 1 parking. (Note: Ground floor patio is only for ground floor unit, only use for this patio is to access beach)

INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Professionally designed interior with beachy furniture, furnishings & décor. A flight of stairs will lead you to the main front entry that opens to a bright & spacious open main living area fully equipped a SMART TV, plush sofa, dining table & accordion patio doors out to the ocean & your very own expansive to floor ocean front view deck! Off the living room is a gourmet kitchen with butcher block counters, high end stainless steel appliances & fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

The Master Br is is the perfect getaway with a king bed, plush sofa, Smart TV, and your own private patio! The ensuite bathroom has a fully enclosed shower.
Br #2 has a queen size bed, and Br #3 has a twin over full bunk bed. The hallway bathroom has a fully enclosed shower.

OUTDOOR + OTHER FEATURES
• Your very own top level ocean view deck, a large space & ideal gathering spot for your entire group! This area is not shared with ground level unit & includes outdoor dining set and seating with BBQ and cornhole. (Note: Ground floor patio is only for ground floor unit, only use for this patio is to access beach)

PROPERTY LAYOUT
Newly remodeled 2-unit Ocean Front property that includes 1 unit on the ground level + 1 separate unit on the 2nd level (each with its own separate entry… not connected inside). Guests have the option to rent each unit individually or rent the entire building for a combined 5br + 3ba offering that sleeps 12 (10 adults max) as follows:

• Shore Thing 1 | Ground level | 2br + 1ba | sleeps 7 (5 adults max)
• Shore Thing 2 | Second level | 3br + 2ba | sleeps 7 (5 adults max)
• Shore Thing 3 | ground + second level | combined 5br + 3ba | sleeps 12 (10 adults max)

• HIT THE BEACH | We are conveniently located in desirable & laid back South Mission Beach!!! Beautiful white sandy, swim & surf friendly beach located just steps away. Take advantage of our complimentary boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys.
• SHOPPING & DINING | Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
• WATER ACTIVITIES | If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
• ATTRACTIONS | Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.

Beautiful

Great place, comfortable and clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Fun watching the volleyball players, kite surfers. Only thing that would've made it better would have been a 1st day supply of morning coffee.

We enjoyed our stay but the house does need a little TLC. The location is fabulous and the sunsets were amazing. The home is right under a main flight pattern so not great for sleeping in if you're a light sleeper. Items that need attention: A previous renter broke the couch so it was sitting on the ground instead of sitting on feet. Several rugs need cleaning or replacing...same thing with towels, unless you're in need of a good exfoliation. The tub in the secondary bath did not drain but I did not realize how bad it was until our last day. My kids were showering in gross standing water left over from the day before. Hopefully management was able to get this taken care of as we notified them upon our departure. For what the home rents for, I would have expected some of these items addressed prior to our stay. It was great to have a parking spot but you definitely need a small car. We had great neighbors in the unit below (needed to borrow a can opener) but they had several strollers and an SUV which made the garage very tight, including accessing the washer dryer. We were able to park in the parking lot across the beach which was really helpful. Great house but could use some updates which would make it a 10 out of 10.
