Welcome to Penthouse Las Nubes, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This penthouse located in Coco Beach has 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms, and also has a sea view from almost any room.



This condominium offers a room to the left of the main entrance with two double beds with a full bathroom, and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Its kitchen has a dishwasher and a water filter right in front of the entrance. The second bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom, its dining room is for 6 diners, the living room has satellite television and sliding glass doors with a view of the sea and its terrace has a grill and a patio set with an umbrella. Likewise, you can find a private access to the terrace from the second bedroom.



On the second floor, next to the living room, is the main bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. Behind the glass sliding doors is the second terrace with loungers and a bathtub (without heating).



Additionally, this complex has a rooftop pool, elevators, and a lush interior with banana palms, and it is located 5 minutes from Fifth Avenue, which offers a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, and stores.



From the moment of your reservation, our concierge will be able to help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum, and Cobá. Among the additional concierge services, we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service, and many others.

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
