Welcome to your Emerald Coast paradise at Sterling Breeze! This wonderfully decorated condo is the perfect jumping off point for you to explore Panama City Beach and the Florida panhandle! With over 1,900 square feet, this is the ideal condo for you and your friends/family to spread out and relax. Enjoy private access to the balcony which overlooks the stunning waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Sterling Breeze is complete with a sizable infinity pool (heated seasonally) as well as an outdoor hot tub, a snack bar/grill and a gym. The complex is within a mile of Pier Park and a wide variety of some of the area's best restaurants and bars. And, of course, you are just steps away from the beach!

Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 16.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This unit is very large and spacious for a large group. The furniture needs cleaned and new pill...

So much room for everyone and plenty of towels was nice. Large kitchen and very well stocked with all you will need. Would add a crock pot and am electric skillet

Property was spacious for our large group. We loved every about it. However, a waterline broke and flooded the elevators, so we had to walk up and down 16 flights of stairs. It wasn't pleasant with bad knees lol. We still had a great time though!

The beach is nice. The condo staff that were on hand were extremely helpful and very nice. It is simple to navigate around the condo. The pool hot tub exercise room very nice and the new elevators were extremely handy. Would recommend and stay again

This is a great location and we enjoyed our time here. The staff was friendly and engaging. The one issue we did have is the cleanliness of the unit as it definitely needs some maintenance and cleaning as the bedroom door was broken and the unit wasnā€™t clean upon arrival

Great family room

This room was great for two families. It wasnā€™t the nicest room we have stayed at there or through vacasa but it was very clean. The lights in the back bedrooms bathroom did not work and there was a hole in the ceiling where the sprinkler is. And it was obvious where they had touched up a lot of paint spots. Other than that we loved the room and the vacasa staff was very friendly

We were not informed that the boardwalk to beach would not be available from Dec 19th-Dec 29th. And it still wasnā€™t on the 30th when we checked out. The place was clean enough but the living room and balcony furniture desperately need replaced.

Love the view, very clean, lots of space, just donā€™t try to cook

The view was beautiful, the floors, beds, showers, and everything was pretty clean. It was a great location to pier park and Dustyā€™s oyster bar as we could walk there from the condo. We went during July 4th week so It was very busy. Driving 5 miles took 45 mins lol we walked a lot instead of drove. Our family of 8 stayed with plenty of room. The things that could have improvedā€¦2 of the 4 stove burners didnā€™t work. The grill never got warm enough to cook on for some reason. It was electric. The plug outlet by my nightstand didnā€™t work for my phone charger. The shower soap/shampoo/conditioner containers were mostly empty and a few of our towels had a brown crusty soiled spot of them šŸ˜‘ the cooking pans were all bent and misshapen and there were not cooking sheets. We ate cold sandwichā€™s and ramen a lot which was ok. Just donā€™t expect to have a good cooking experience. Upon arrival, the company texted and asked how everything was. I only complained about the towels and dirty grill (it wasnā€™t still later we found the stove burners didnā€™t all work) they ā€œcleanedā€ the grill but it still didnā€™t get hot šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Sterling breeze, 1607 review

First of all is always a pleasure staying with Vacasa. The booking process and entry into the property is a breeze. Their prices are very reasonable. The property was clean and furniture was nice. I only had two issues. The master bedroom door was worn out and actually wobbly where the surface of the door slab had delimitated from the interior frame and it lost all rigidity. $100 slab seems like a small price to pay to fix this. Also the door did not lock which is a little inconvenient with four little kids running around the house lol. The second item that needed to be addressed is the master shower drain. It was very slow allowing water to back up in the shower.

Great Place but needs some repairs and cookware and glasses for the 10 person expected guests

Overall the condo was excellent perfectly set up and worked great for our large group. Need knives to cut with in kitchen, need pots and pans to prepare for 10 people three times a day, bathroom doors need replaces. Shower tiles need repair, Needs to have items maintained, guest bathroom in second master has no capacity to run a full tub for a hot bath. Baths and showers were short due to small capacity water heater. The rest of the apartment had plenty. Pull out sofa needs a new mattress the spings were horrible and very uncomfortable. Pool and spa was closed due to repairs and access to beach was blocked due to deck repairs had to walk down the road to enter on public beach access.

Great for big family

It was an easy check in and check out and lookes like the listing. We had three adults and five children with us. Make sure you bring chairs and anything else you need for the beach. They only had one umbrella and it doesn't come with any chairs that are at the beach. The kitchen was stocked for eating in but the grill needs some cleaning and supplies to clean yourself. The extra bedroom bath didn't have working lights so taking showers in the dark, as well as three one hour cycles on the drier made it hard to keep up with all the laundry we had to do. Also, none of the remotes had batteries except for one. Make sure you bring trash bags as well because the ones they have are easily ripped and they only provide two.. otherwise it was a great place for a big family like ours.

Close to it all!

We rented this condo for my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 5-10) and another family of 5 (same ages). The older kids slept on the 4 bunks and the younger 2 took the pull out sofa. Having the 2 masters was perfect. We took the more secluded mother in law suite (which I really didn't know it had when booking) and the other couple took the ocean view room. Their bathroom was larger, but our room included a kitchenette. It was perfect!! Cons: The condo could use an extra set of elevators, esp during prime times. The $30 parking fee per vehicle is a rip off. Cheap paper armbands that are expected to be worn the entire stay are super annoying. Also having to have a token in order to use a luggage cart - definitely the worst part. For those reasons above, we probably won't stay here again. But we did enjoy the condo itself. The pool was super nice as well.

Nice view but needs some work

We rented this condo for a family trip. It was very spacious and we all were able to sleep comfortably. The view was great as well as location. Regarding the condition of the condo, well it needs help. The furniture, couch, the walls, the doors are all nasty and warped. Some of the doors didnā€™t even close. The shower door in the master bath would not close, the frame is rotten, and doesnā€™t drain. The kitchen was ok except for garbage disposal doesnā€™t work and is stopped up, and be careful when you open the dishwasher lower rack because it will fall out of the frame of the cabinets. The actual resort had a great pool and pool bar. There are long waits at elevators and you have to pay an expensive rate for parking and have to pay $5 just to use a shopping cart for groceries. If you asked me if I would be back there the answer would be no. Not getting 5 stars from me! We made the best of it and enjoyed family time.

Love Sterling Breeze but not this condo

We love the resort, have been staying here every winter since 2017. Love having the heated pool and then the beach. Love the view of the ocean all day and night. All the people that work at the complex are wonderful. They treat us with courtesy, respect and kindness.

Excellent place to stay

I was very pleased with everything about this place. 1607 was very clean and had plenty of room for my six boys, my mom and my self. Would be perfect for a big family and grandparents. The second king room is separated by an interior door with itā€™s own balcony, kitchenette/ table and an exterior door. But it still feels like one condo. The view from both balconies are perfect. The elevators are fast, staff is friendly. Beach access is convenient and the pool and snack bar are wonderful. This place is worth every penny and we will definitely stay here again. We drive a large passenger van, and the lower level of the parking deck has oversized spots so it was perfect.
