You'll find this condo at Splash Resort, a Gulf-front property with an ideal location on a tranquil stretch of the west beach in Panama City Beach. The beach and the on-site Riptide Snack Bar are just a few steps away, as are a wealth of resort amenities to choose from. You'll be three miles northwest of Gulf World and Pier Park's 124 stores, restaurants, and movie theaters, and only eight miles southeast of Rosemary Beach if you choose to take a drive along 30A.

Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
