Gaze out at the shimmering water of the Gulf of Mexico from this 23rd-floor condo at Tidewater Beach Resort! Youā€™ll feel right at home during your stay in this homey condo with complimentary seasonal beach service provided. Grab a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and take in the Gulf views from your private balcony.

This building is complete with an outdoor and indoor pool, a fitness center, a sauna, hot tubs, a theater, a game room, and an outdoor grill. The condo is also located near tons of options for dining, entertainment, and nightlife. Pier Park is just a mile from Tidewater and is a great place to soak in the flavor of the area. And, of course, you are right on the beach - perfect for catching some rays and taking a dip in the water.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 23.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Bad experience left early

Condo was clean but that was the only positive. We left 2 nights early and basically lost $400. The unit had several broken and non functional items. I had to repair the dryer myself. The furniture was dirty and worn and looked like mismatched yard sale items. We could not use the balcony at night due to heavy marijuana smell. The beach chairs were so close together you couldn’t get between them. We were very disappointed in the accommodations and any views will reflect this accordingly.

Kid friendly

I loved everything about my stay. Kitchen was clean we had access to pots and pans, only thing I paid for a 2 bedroom and got a 1 bedroom. I was refunded my half which was good becasue they could have just taken my money but they didn’t. Check in was smooth. Only thing I didn’t recommend was the room being on the 23rd floor w/ you g children. Overall great stay will be staying again.

The view of the beach, the carpet needs to be replaced. I had to place towels down so me feet wouldn’t touch the dirty carpet. No closets to hang clothes. Tv in master bedroom didn’t work. The air conditioner didn’t work for three days. There was no phone number listed in the room to call for problems. So it was 80 degrees for three days. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes. Outdated everything. The room next to us was super cute. Very disappointed for the cost. Pass on this vacation spot. Never again.

Tidewater 2304

I absolutely loved my view. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. It had everything I needed. The elevators were an issue but I was on holidays and not in a hurry. The staff at Tidewater were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Also fun to converse with and informative. Lots of security, cleaning and maintenance staff were always around doing an excellent job. I will definitely stay again.

Quiet Resort and clean public areas of the resort.

We had some issues the night we checked in. The air never got cooler than 78 degrees, the floor of the condo was very dirty. Our grandbaby was filthy after about 10 minutes of crawling. The drain in the hall bath didn't drain and there was no plug in the master bath. The balcony door didn't lock. I addressed these things with Vacasa and they sent someone the next day to fix the air and the drain. They were nice and apologetic. They said they just acquired that unit and they haven't done a deep clean or maintenance on it yet. I would think that should have been done before the unit was rented. It definitely needs some updates. The couches were stained, walls and doors needed paint and general attention. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Washer and dryer worked well. Beautiful view. There was an issue at first with the complimentary beach chairs 2 of the days, but in the end they gave them to us. The public areas of the resort were clean and well kept. All staff were friendly. The parking/elevator/walkover was a little inconvenient and time consuming, but I don't think there is much they can do about that. I would stay at Tidewater again, but not that condo unless they do some cleaning/updating.

Not as advertised

Condo was supposed to have king size bed, was actually a full size. Carpet was horribly stained. Tidewater is extremely busy and loud. Not enough elevators to keep up with amount of people staying. This is first time I rented through corporation and I’ll never do it again. Strongly encourage going through owners.

Great condo/resort! First time staying here but definitely won’t be our last❤️🌴

Spacious living room, large balcony for relaxing and watch the sunsets on the beach. Our room was very clean and nicely laid out. The workers are very friendly. Air conditioner worked really well! We saw a lot of complaints about the elevators on the reviews but the longest we waited was maybe five mins. We Loved Our Stay❤️❤️

Overall, Tidewater resort is a great place to stay when vacationing in Panama City Beach, Florida. But, the unit I was booked in was awful. It smelled, the living room furniture was old, I would sit in the sofa because of the way it looked. Also the cushions on the balcony chairs were horribly stained. The bedroom window had no curtains on blinds that would close completely. I was forced to sleep on the love seat because of fear of being watched while in the bed. The ice nor water maker on the fridge work nor did the outside balcony electric socket or the light on the balcony work. Oh and the lock in the balcony door was broken. We were told beach amenities were included in the fee but once we got to the beach we were told certain units came with umbrellas and chairs but ours wasn’t.

Both TVs inoperable. Carpets and furniture stained and worn. Master Bedroom bed too small. Elevators delays. Clothes dryer door short stopped clothes from drying.

Very accommodating!!

The Vacasa staff and representatives were always very helpful. Loved are home best view ever!! The only complaint I have would be that the living room furniture definitely needs replaced. Worn and stained.

Best communication I've ever had!

Vacasa has the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. They are so very polite, quick to respond, and ultra accommodating. Our stay at #2304 was wonderful! Yes, the elevators have a long wait. If you do not try to go up and down during peak times, it's fine. We were very happy with the cleanliness! My only recommendation would to be at least have 1 hair dryer in the unit. :)

Beautiful

This is our 3rd year staying at the Tidwater, we love it ( except for the elevators) also it was a little disappointing that they would choose their busiest time for shut down one of the pools for the entire week. The unit 2304, was clean just very dated. Not enough linen for the pull out bed, it was very uncomfortable and the master bedroom was nice except the bed skirt had huge rips and the bathroom door has definitely seen better days. Overall it was a great trip and we will definitely stay at the Tidewater again
