Excellent vacation house!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is spacious and comfortable with lots of natural light. The host is responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend renting here!!

Relaxing stay in a great Outer Cape location

We enjoyed our family reunion in this lovely home. Quiet, yet not far from Wellfleet Center. Plenty of space for our little group, and had everything we might need. Our hosts, Craig and Erin, were responsive to our pre-arrival questions and provided excellent information.

Fall getaway

Great location and house! It accommodated everything we needed for the weekend with two dogs and a toddler. Close to ptown which we wanted. Would def come back again. House was very clean and welcome gift was very nice!

Lovely home in Wellfleet

The perfect home for a visit to Wellfleet with family or friends. Plenty of space For everyone. Fully equipped and very clean. The owners were very nice and timely in their response to any questions we had.

Beautiful house in a nice quiet location. Great communication with owners. Kitchen is very well equipped. Whole house is very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back soon!

Well equipped home with lovey living space.

The house had all the amenities of beach-house. The setting was pretty and quiet but close to town and the beaches . I would suggest new beach chairs and new bedding for the next season .

Amazing time

Beautiful home and property/gardens. Very comfortable, sun drenched. Well supplied. easy access to Wi-Fiperfect location. lovely neighbors. Cannot say enough. The sad part was leaving. I love Wellfleet and staying at this home made it even better. Could not ask for a better host. Craig the owner is very responsive and cannot thank him and his family enough. Can" t wait to come back again, next summer.

Delightful House

Ditto for all the positive comments in previous reviews! I’ll just add that the house is decorated and equipped with lovely things, not just the sterile basics often provided in vacation rentals. Also, we were happy to find excellent light for reading. It was easy to feel comfortable and at home.

Comfortable, Spacious, Lovely location

This home was perfect for our short stay in Wellfleet. It was clean, bright, well-equipped and comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out as needed. Central air conditioning was key since our stay coincided with a heat wave. The location was ideal for the things we like to do at the Cape, especially visiting the Cape Cod National Seashore. On our next trip, we hope to spend more time exploring Wellfleet. We have stayed at different properties on Cape Cod– this is one that we hope to return to again.

Beautiful House in Ideal Location

I stayed here for a family wedding with 4 other adults and one two-year-old and there was plenty of room for all of us! The house was a great balance of cape cod charm and updates. The property was clean and instructions were clear and helpful. The location was great as there was plenty of privacy but also within walking distance of downtown Welfleet shops and restaurants. We had a snafu at the end of our stay and it was very easy to get in touch with the owners, who were flexible in working with us. Overall, communication was great before and during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great for wedding week

My husband, mom, 1 year old and myself stayed in Wellfleet for the week ahead of a friend's wedding, and it was a great space for our various multi-functional needs - entertaining a toddler, working from home, cooking most of our meals, relaxing between activities, etc. We particularly enjoyed the deck in the morning and late afternoon when it wasn't too hot. The house doesn't have central AC, so the main living space could get pretty warm in the middle of the day (mornings/evenings/nights were fine without it in late June) but luckily the master bedroom had an AC unit so our little guy could stay cool during nap time. The location was great for us since it's a very short drive to town, many beaches and the various wedding-related activities. You could definitely walk to town though we didn't chance it since there's no sidewalks and we'd have a stroller. Craig was terrific to communicate with and very quick to respond throughout the process.

Holly: I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. But I do want to let you (and others) know that the house does have central air. Sorry you didn't ask me about it. If you looked, the thermostats all have an option for heat or cool. Hopefully you'll stay with us again and use the central air. Thanks again, Craig

Wonderful get away in Wellfleet

This is our second year renting this lovely home, which is really like a home away from home; it was wonderful to return. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, with all the amenities you need, and the owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. The home is in the the perfect location, close to all nearby beaches on the ocean side and the bay side, and an easy drive to other National seashore beaches and trails for hiking. It is very peaceful and private, with a lovely garden.

Wonderful - location, accomodations, hosts.

This waa our 3rd year with the Lis and we hope to return next year. Private location, but just a half mile or so to the egde of Wellfleet town. Ocean and bay and ponds (for kids) all close by and Provincetown is just a 20 minute drive. Bike trail not far away. House is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Great Stay in a lovely hoe

This is the second year our family has stayed at this beautiful, well maintained home with loads of space for our family with everything we could want. Close to town and beautiful swimming ponds, the bike trail and the ocean. Craig and Erin are wonderful hosts and are excellent communicators. Thanks for another great year!!

Wonderful house, great location

This was our second stay and it was fantastic! The house is large and well equipped. Perfect for families! The outdoor deck and gardens are amazing. Great location-close to town, the pier and bayside beaches. We had a great stay and hope to be back next year! Thank you!

Enjoyed Our Stay

We went for a week with our adult children and their cousins for a total of 6 adults. The homeowners were quick to respond to our questions before arriving and we had no issues during our stay. We enjoyed the home’s open floor plan, the sunroom as an extra board game room and the bug-less outdoor deck. The kitchen is nicely updated and was well stocked for our needs. The yard is a private, quiet setting on a dead end street with plenty of room for our two dogs. Location was key, as the property was within walking distance to town center and even Mayo Beach in the mornings with the dogs. Also, it is an easy ride to oceanside beaches and ponds.

Great home for vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lis house in Wellfleet. Convenient location to eateries, shops and beaches, but was also a very private spot with lovely deck in back to relax. Roomy, open space with great kitchen. Our adult children enjoyed playing basketball and sitting out front to read. We’ll very likely come back.

The most comfortable home

This house was spacious, well set up, plenty of space for both privacy and being together. Home owner was available for any issues and lovely. It's a house that would be good in any season.

Wonderful home in beautiful Wellfleet

This fantastic home exceeded our expectations! It was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The exterior had beautiful gardens and great outdoor seating. The house was located minutes from the town center, pier and beaches. Great for families with children and pets!
