Slide open the doors to a spacious, newly updated back deckā€”the ultimate spot for entertaining. Fire up the BBQ, take a dip in the private hot tub, or simply lounge with a glass of wine under the pines. From here, youā€™re just moments away from floating the Deschutes River or hopping on a bike to explore over 35 miles of Sunriverā€™s paved trails.



Guests traveling with EVs will appreciate the dedicated 14/50 240v 40 amp charging outlet (just bring your own cord and adapter for Tesla). And no matter the season, youā€™ll stay comfortable with air conditioning in the summer and a cozy gas fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes.



The primary suite is a tranquil retreat featuring a king bed with a twin trundle bed, private en suite, and thoughtful separation from the other rooms for added privacy.

This property is very nice. Great location, quieter part of Sunriver but still close enough for the activities. Well stocked kitchen and supplies. Very comfortable.

This property was wonderful for the two families of four! Plenty of space to hangout, relax.

Renting this property was easy. We had no issues, no problems at all. The house was clean, we had lots of towels, everything workedā€¦ it was great! I would definitely rent this house again!

Nicely appointed vacation home

This place has a good selection of kitchen tools to help with cooking and baking. We stayed in most of the time during the snowstorm, and there were lots of fun board games and puzzles to keep us entertained.

Had a great trip. The house was great! Clean and had good extras to keep us entertained. The only bad part was that check out time had been changed to earlier and we didnā€™t find out until arrival.

Happy Holidays!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It is warm, welcoming and very comfortable. Loved the proximity to The Village of Sun River as well as an easy trip to Mt. Bachelor to ski each day. The home is well stocked and ready for visitors.

fantastic house

Wonderful home! Our family stayed there in June and loved it. It was well maintained and had everything we could need. Our kids played pingpong in the garage for hours when the rain came. If we go back to bend we will look to stay here again.

The location is in the Kinglet Loop so it is a quieter part of Sunriver. We made all of our meals at the house so I appreciated how well stocked the pantry was with spices. We also took advantage of using the passes for the Nature Center. Overall a wonderful place for a Sunriver experience!

Great north side property!

This property is extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location is quiet and very close to the Deschutes. The deck and hot tub were amazing! We had an issue with the showers only gettin luke warm; we notified the property manager but unfortunately the problem was never resolved during our stay. Otherwise, a great visit!

Also on a different note wish we werenā€™t charged recreation fee 150.00 we never use. (Every year). Thank you very much Donna Burgwin.

Super Comfy

We've stayed in Sunriver a few times and so far this location is our fav. Loved that its location in the quiet north side of town and is also super easy to get to the village. The home is well stocked and the furniture was super comfortable. We will be back!
