Start your Sunriver getaway out right at this nicely furnished vacation rental home nestled among the trees on a quiet, north Sunriver cul-de-sac. 10 Nine Iron Lane comfortably accommodates 8-9 guests with 3 bedrooms, spacious living area, and a bonus loft/game room area.

You will feel the Sunriver charm upon entering the living room with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, leather seating and a cozy gas fireplace. A flat screen TV makes this the perfect spot to cuddle up for movie night or to watch the big game. Large windows look out behind the home into the trees, providing both privacy and a great place for the kids to run around! The living room opens to a dining table which seats six and wraps around to the well-stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, an electric glass top range and counter seating for three. A Keurig is available for guest use (please bring your own K-Cups).

Stepping through the sliding glass door beyond the dining table onto the back deck, you will find a gas BBQ and patio seating for outdoor meals and a private hot tub for soaking under the stars. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the main floor - the ensuite bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and private deck access. The 2nd bedroom is tastefully furnished with a Queen bed.

Head upstairs to bedroom 3 with a Queen bed a bonus loft with two Full-sized futons, a small game table and a 32" flat screen TV, and a full bathroom.

Family Reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 7 Nine Iron and 17 Nine Iron Lane homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

Everything about this location was amazing! We were in the area for a wedding, which was less than a mile away. The bikes were amazing for traveling to and from, but also for exploring the area!! We went on many bike rides and got to explore so much. My husband and I slept in the loft area and it still felt pretty private. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked better than I’ve seen any other. Definitely recommend this place!!

Excellent with all the amenities.

We had a great time… the property was fully stocked with everything you could need. The back patio could have used some clean up but the house was very clean. Nicely decorated! Master bed was extremely soft and could use some updated pillows throughout. All the toys you could want and the property managers were extremely responsive and helpful.

Great House!

Love the house and the location on the quiet north side of Sunriver. So easy to walk to the falls, the bike path to Lava Lands is so close and there isn't any of the noise that you find in the central or southern parts of Sunriver. The house is spread out, clean and spacious and the night sky is spectacular! It's the perfect getaway for a long weekend or a week.

We had a fantastic time in Sun River!

The property was clean and the location worked well for us. There were several bikes to use in the garage and games upstairs for our use as well. We would definitely stay there again as we all had our own room with bathroom. My only issue is that we prefer an earlier check in than 5pm. It all worked out since they let us in at 4 pm. Overall, a great experience!

Bearskin bungalow

My husband and I along with our adult sons and their partners spent a week in this home and had a great time. It's not a particularly spacious house but it is laid out in a comfortable fashion. The "highlights"of our stay we're the giant bearskin rug on the wall and the equally giant elk head mounted on another. Pros: the entire upstairs is like a suite with bedroom, bath and a large area that 2 members of our family used as a work space since they had to spend time working remotely. It was perfect for them. It was a perfect set up for 3 couples, everyone had their own bathroom and with 2 queens and a king bed everyone had ample, comfortable space to sleep. The back deck was great. Comfortable seating and a railing enclosure that we could relax out side with our dog and not worry about him wandering off. Cons: the only thing that was less than ideal was the size of the kitchen, very little counter space to prep meals. But we managed just fine. We would definitely book this house again for a family vacation.

Outstanding home everything you need & more!

Our stay was fantastic, great location, plenty of games, bikes and comfy beds and bathrooms for each bedroom. Great deck with hot tub and plenty of room to hang out with family and friends on the back deck. We will definitely stay here again. This is one of the best homes we've ever stayed in Sunriver.

Nice house and deck - just needs a thorough cleaning

We liked the layout of this house. Loved the location and the enclosed deck. Great for dogs and kids if you bring them. Needs a good cleaning. Surfaces were fine, but cobwebs on all of the dust catching decorations, lampshades, etc. Under the furniture was terrible with lots of dust bunnies and dog hair! There was a lot of pine tree junk on the deck and dog feces. Clearly whoever is cleaning is not clearing that off and someone let their dog use it as a bathroom. BBQ was great. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable.

We loved the house and great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was perfect size for our two families and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the shower drain and property management was quick to respond and fix it that same day on the weekend. The hot tub felt perfect after a day of hiking in the snow and being outdoors. We loved that it was on the far end of SunRiver and we could hike to Benham Falls from the house. Thank you! We would love to come back.

Summer Family Fun

We really loved the property and it was in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The house was a great set up with family games, bikes, an outside grill and hot tub. My few complaints would be that they were very strict on checking at 4p.m on the dot. We arrived about an hour early and weren't able to check in and there is no AC. It was extremely hot that weekend, so not having AC was bearable but not fun. Overall I would love to come back in the winter and stay. It's a beautiful place and in a great area.

Family Friendly

This house was perfect for a family with children. Plenty of room to spread out both inside and out. Bikes in the garage were great, hot tub clean, deck private, and location close to river, golf course, and of course bike paths. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a comfortable place to stay.

Great spot!

The house was clean, well-stocked, in the quiet north end. There was a really nice large fenced in deck with furniture, perfect for hanging out with our dogs. There were lots of games and bikes in the garage, we rode out every day on the fabulous bike paths. Easy to follow directions for everything except the remotes...the property manager had the tech guy call us right back and walked us through them, very responsive. The village had most things open with COVID restrictions, sitting outdoors at the restaurants was great, some had QR codes for menus, so bring your phone. Servers all wore masks, people walking around were 50-50, almost no one on bike paths wore masks, things were still pretty quiet.

Thanksgiving 2019

What a fantastic house. From the floor layout to the many details of supplies and decorations was perfect. The fireplace was amazing and even the fenced deck was perfect for our dog. The online description and photos are exactly what the house is. Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving get away.
