Great home in north Sunriver with tons of gorgeous natural light pouring in through the many windows. This reverse-living, air-conditioned home features a great room upstairs with cozy living room furnishings, a dining room with seating for 8, plus 3 more at the breakfast bar, and a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig.

Upstairs, you'll find the king primary bedroom with a large TV, a sitting area, a private bath with a walk-in shower, plus a half guest bathroom.

Head downstairs to find 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks, T,V and a DVD player.

Head outside to enjoy a private hot tub and a large wrap-around deck to enjoy dining al fresco or soaking up that wonderful Sunriver sunshine. Nearby bike pathways provide easy access to the north grocery store.

There is ping pong in the garage, so you can enjoy a friendly game with friends or family. Take a bike ride on one of the 3 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home Deschutes river access is a short ride from this home, or for a more ambitious ride, head north 5 miles to Benham Falls.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Great house and neighborhood. Difficult to locate for us in that Google could only take us to 26 Winners. The house numbering along the Winner's circle street can be confusing and the map on the website is not accurate.

Family Reunion

The home was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed the layout of the home and the rooms were perfect for us. Some of the mattresses are not flat and are very warn out. Also we found mouse droppings in the garage. It maybe should be addressed. We had part of our family staying around the corner and the area was perfect for our younger children to ride the circle on their bikes. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice but definitely needs a new mattress in the Master

Very nice older home (no a/c) that is spacious and has a hot tub, bikes and ping-pong table. My only real compliant is that the mattress in the master bedroom is absolutely worn out, there are two craters where people have slept three feet apart. One could call this The Birth Control Mattress. Dish washer controls needs a definitive “touch”.

Nice house

Nice quiet place to stay. House was clean but it does smell like a place that allows dogs. Not bad just a little funky. Light a candle and you won’t even notice it.

Super clean and comfortable!

Nice, clean, well maintained home. Just as advertised. Only negatives were the water heater would go cold after 2 showers and take 30-45 minutes to heat back up and the oven lights didn't work. Netflix in the living room would've been a plus. Overall, a great home. I love how clean it was!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in 38 Winners was pleasant as usual. The property was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen/cooking facilities were well suited to our family's needs. There isn't much parking, 3 cars were very crowded, but it works. The bunk beds are not very comfortable for taller guests.

Perfect North End Sunriver Rental

Such a beautiful quiet neighborhood in the beautiful North end of Sunriver. The house is clean and very comfortable. The wrap around deck was amazing and relaxing. Hot tub clean. The beds are very comfortable. Our family had a very relaxing full week in Sunriver. Plenty of room for a large family or two separate families. We had zero issues and didn't have to call the rental company once all week. Thank you so much

July 2017 Stay

I would not have rented this home had I seen it first. Curbside appeal, not good. Needs pruning, gutters cleaned and weeds pulled. Yes there is some natural appeal, but not to this extent. Master bedroom carpet smells like pet urine. Back deck needs some boards replaced. I didn't want my granddaughters to lean on the rails, I felt they could break loose. The hot-tub keeps popping the breaker, so the jets do not work. In general this home is tired and the owners need to buck up and put some money into it. I was so looking forward to relaxing and these things take the enjoyment out of it.

Very Lived In But Comfy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let's start with the bad and get it over with: The house is a bit "sticky". Kitchen cupboards have a layer of stuff on them that is nasty to the touch and cannot be removed (we had housekeeping come out and try to no avail). Living room furniture is fairly worn out, you sink way in once you sit down and one chair broken so it's unusable. There is a strong dog odor from entry way into the downstairs (we do understand that pet friendly homes sometimes smell like pets but you should be forewarned). We didn't notice it upstairs at all but it was pungent upon entering the house. The windows were not clean. Once the sun shone through in the morning they showed a LOT of dirt and grease.Housekeeping came out and cleaned the lower ones but the upper ones remained dirty for the stay. This is a bummer if you like to look out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Now the good: This is a very livable home. The kitchen is wonderfully laid out and easy to maneuver several people in at once. The beds were all comfy. The master especially nice and HUGE. Bathrooms upstairs really nice, downstairs just okay, dated. By FAR the best part of this home is the deck! We lived out there every evening. It is huge and there is lots of comfy patio furniture. The bikes, hot tub and ping pong table all were in great shape and worked fine. We all liked the privacy of the location. All in all, if they do a couple of easy fixes, we would come back.

Kitchen cabinets where you grab to open and close need some heavy cleaning because they feel sticky to the touch. Floor plan is very functional. Hot tub layout is nice. Bedding and towels are good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the north end and loved the seclusion. It was only minutes to the village. Our house was very clean and well stocked . We were a party of two families one with a small child and dog. We enjoyed the 4 bikes but wished there would have been one with a child carrier. The only con I had about home was that it could use some updating . The office of Bennington properties were so helpful and nice .
