Comfortable place, nice location

The vacation rental was spotless.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This is a nice, very comfortable cabin in a good location. We would happily stay here again.There was a learning curve on the first day since we were not familiar with Mammoth and there weren't any clear instructions on how to get to/from the slopes. It is indeed "ski-in, ski-out" once you know how, but is a bit of a walk down the steep driveway (dicey in ski boots when icy) and then up the hill to Canyon Lodge (we took the really short bus on the 2nd morning). Skiing back home at the end of the day also took figuring out (can easily be done on Ski Back Trail but is not marked when to get off the trail and there were no instructions on how to do this, so we had a really long walk up the hill at the end of the first day). Our second day went smoothly. Only other small issue is to be prepared to sleep in warm clothes on the first night if you arrive late because the cabin takes a while to heat up
