Private pool, five minute walk to beach! You will be delighted by the luxury of this spacious and centrally located home. The Great Escape has a private pool and courtyard and is a short five minute walk on the adjacent boardwalk from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Rosemary’s town center is just steps away.

The Great Escape’s three stories of living space comfortably sleeps 14 in its five bedrooms and has five and one half baths. The separate carriage house with its own full kitchen can be rented separately during the off season. The main house has a large front porch with Adirondack chairs and a swing as well as two second floor covered decks, one with a comfy swinging daybed perfect for afternoon naps.

The first floor offers an expansive living area with a new 55” HDTV and plenty of comfortable seating, a formal dining area with seating for eight, study/den with queen sofa bed that can be closed off for privacy (house sleeps 14 when utilized). The gourmet kitchen and breakfast area (which seats up to 12) includes a large refrigerator, Jenn-air six-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, ice maker, wine refrigerator, oven, microwave, and is completely stocked for whipping up gourmet meals. The kitchen opens up to the beautiful courtyard featuring a Weber three-burner gas grill. This very private setting offers an additional living area with seating for six around the outdoor table and four lounges for relaxing around the pool. The pool features a waterfall and lighting at night and can be heated to 84 degrees at no additional cost. The main level also has a half bath and washer/dryer.

The second floor has three bedrooms; two king bedrooms with their own full bathrooms, TV’s, and covered decks and a kids bunk room with four single beds and its own bathroom. The bedrooms open on to a cozy seating area with it's own smart tv.

The third floor contains the master suite and is a relaxing retreat with king bed, sitting area, coffee/wine bar, and 55" smart TV. The master bath has his/her vanities and the large master closet includes a washer/dryer and beverage refrigerator.

The carriage house has a king bed, sitting area, full bathroom and complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven and stove. It can be rented separately during non-peak weeks. It is always included in June and July.

In addition to the private pool, guests of the Great Escape enjoy access to the beautiful beach, four community pools, eight clay tennis courts (fees not included), a walking trail and numerous playgrounds. The fitness center and spa, available on a fee basis, are nearby. The wonderful shops and restaurants are just steps away.

Please note that our home only rents Saturday-Saturday for a full week from Memorial Day weekend through the first week of August. The Carriage house is always included during that period which means the house can sleep 14. Spring break weeks are a 5 day minimum and can’t cross over two different weeks. Inquire to find out if we can make an exception to this.
