This house in Rosemary is situated on one of the largest lots with a LARGE, PRIVATE, HEATED POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING AREA with fireplace with tv above fireplace, outdoor kitchen, carport, and large parking area. Three king bedrooms. Bunk room with 3 sets of twin over twin and trundle bed. Living room, kitchen, guest bedroom and full bath are downstairs. Primary bedroom, additional guest bedroom, and bunk room are upstairs. French doors open from the living room onto the wonderful outdoor living and dining area. There is also a screened porch off the living room with a picnic table for kids. The Rosemary Beach Fitness Center and indoor Sky Pool are right outside our front door. The Tennis Center with 8 clay courts are right out our back door. These are all private facilities, and guests are able to use them with a guest fee. The magnificent beach is just a short walk away. Everything you will need for your trip to the beach is within steps from our house! We were drawn to this house because of its double lot and the outdoor possibilities it afforded. The outdoor living is where everyone will want to spend most of the time. Dine, swim, watch tv, or relax by the fireplace outdoors. Our large driveway is gated and provides parking for multiple cars, so no street parking is needed! Little ones can safely play, scooter or bike on the driveway.
