Kewl Breez Villa is a newer house located in James Cistern, Eleuthera, centrally located on the island across from LeoRose Restaurant & Grill with beautiful sunset views. Two bedrooms with king size beds in each room and two bathrooms, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. We are a dog friendly home so please feel welcomed to bring your four-legged family members. The house has a spacious, open floor plan, with two window views of the Caribbean along with a modern kitchen which features stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island for seating 6 people to entertain guests. Amenities include flat screen TVs in living room area and in both bedrooms. There are ceiling fans throughout. Kewl Breez Villa is conveniently located within walking distance from James Cistern pier to get freshly caught fish daily along with grocery stores and a liquor store. We offer two (2) kayaks and beach chairs. Rental car available to rent per request, in which can be at the airport for your pick up. Also locally available Fishing and Snorkeling excursions in addition to booking a Boat Rental and/or Deep Sea Fishing trip. You are just a call away from a Bahamian-style catering meal at the house.if house is rented for two weeks or longer, there will be an electric charge for usage. We will take a picture of the meter and charge per kw, and take picture after your stay.
