This brand new Velento Resort unit is a second floor unit and has two bedrooms/two bathrooms as well as a futon in the living room The deck has 2 double patio glass doors and a large veranda. You will be able to open up the doors and bring the outside in!

There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining table for 6 and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the Caribbean Sea into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized deck with seating for at least 6 people and a hammock. The views are wonderful, overlooking the pool you can see the ocean through the gap between buildings 1 and 2.

The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a flatscreen TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils that you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have washer/dryers in each unit as well as a safe for valuable. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels. We also have a washer/dryer in the unit. The main bedroom has a King bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King upon advance request.

There is Air Conditioning in the living room, and bedrooms. however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible! WiFi is free, secure and throughout all the buildings.

The pool is a great size and there are Loungers with padded cushions for you to relax on, the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have a beach area with 2 palapas from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end and a huge shady palapa overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!!

We rent island bikes for $7.50 US per day/per bike.
The paddle boards are free!
We have toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones.
We also rent golf carts, recommend to reserve in advance.
