Providing all of the comforts of home, this second floor condominium offers two bedrooms, an extra room with a futon and two full baths. With fine furnishings, exquisite tile work and decorum throughout, you have everything necessary to ensure comfortable accommodations that will make your vacation stay truly enjoyable.

Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

From our first inquiry to our checkout the communication with the team at the Landings was 5-star! The condo is as advertised and very comfortable. We easily made ourselves at home and found anything we were looking for. The location couldn’t be better! The site itself is perfect for relaxing poolside and watching the pelicans dive, and the sunrises were beautiful. Shopping and restaurants are an everywhere and the food is terrific. The island was so welcoming. We honestly can’t recommend this property highly enough and look forward to a return trip!

Welcoming host.. had construction going on next door. Was told it was going to be happening the week before we left.. only annoyance was a constantly barking dog, not on the property but near. Overall nice place and hist was accomodating to changes.

Beautiful Condo and Wonderful Hosts

I would highly recommend this property - Brittany and Mike took care of every need and were incredibly helpful sharing great information to help us prepare for the trip. They even arranged for cold beverages in the fridge upon our arrival. The condo is beautiful and well-appointed, has comfortable beds and central air conditioning. The pool and beach area are immaculate and such a peaceful and gorgeous place to unwind. We can’t wait to return!

Awesome place!

Brittany and Mike did an excellent job with communication prior to our arrival and during our stay too! They are a big part of why we'd return to this property again. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to a well stocked grocery store, fun beach bar, a burger place and The Farmhouse Market and Cafe. Highly recommend this place!

Great hosts and location.

Our second story beach front condo gave us a great view of the ocean and pool. Mike and Brittany always responded quickly to any of our questions. Their cleaning staff did an excellent job. The location is approximately in the middle of most restaurants and bars.

Fabulous Family Trip

First time to Belize and Ambergris Caye. We had a fabulous time with our 2 adult sons. Although windy, we enjoyed diving and Secret Beach. The food was fantastic at the restaurants we visited. Shout out to Kimberly and Chad who helped us with our questions and assisted with planning. We highly recommend Bermud Beach Condo.

Best of the Best

Brittany & Mike were simply amazing from the time we booked until the time we made it home. They arranged our flights to/from the island, picked us up to retrieve our golf cart (that they also booked for us) and got us settled in. Zero stress because we were 100% in their care and they did not disappoint. We will only use them from this point on when we travel to Ambergris.

It was easy to get to and had everything we expected. The only thing we m issed was being able to go out onto the beach. San Pedro doesn't have any real beaches to get on and enjoy the water. The beaches are like soft gravel sand.

Great place and location

We wanted someplace close to town, but not right in it. This was a great location. Just north of the bridge, right on the water. It’s about a five minute walk to the north end beach bars ie Wayos and Hurricanes. Close to a store and a couple restaurants. We ended up renting a golf cart for a couple days just to do some exploring around town and up to secret beach. The condo itself is very clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed.

Overall nice stay, would have loved ocean access

We stayed at this property for 10 days and it was our first time to San Pedro. The pros about this place were: Chad and Kimberly was easy to communicate with and helpful in making arrangements, the pool was really nice, it was very close to town for easy access to go to dinners, etc, but far enough away to experience calm too; it was nicely stocked with linens, kitchen essentials, etc Cons: You are not able to access the ocean from this place. We thought it would be possible to swim off the dock, but that’s not the case and the beds are pretty hard (especially in the master).

We strive for a five star rating from all guests and were disappointed to see we did not meet this standard. Our property has a sea wall to prevent beach erosion and protect the mangroves. This is common on the island. There is a set of stairs off of our dock and there is another set of stairs along the sea wall which provides access into the water. At times, if there are rough seas and/or high winds, access into to the water from the dock can be impacted. Thank you for the feedback regarding the mattress. We will address with the owner.

Landings at San Pedro

We had a wonderful time at the Landings at Tres Cocos. Beautiful property, very nice people. Chad and Kimberly were fantastic, easy to get ahold of and can also help you book transportation and excursions or help you with any needs/questions. People around the property were very friendly. There was a store immediately next door for groceries as well as beach bars and grills within walking distance. It is a very short golf cart ride to town which Chad and Kimberly can also help you with booking a golf cart rental (definitely a must have if going to San Pedro). This property is very close to downtown San Pedro, just past the bridge making it easy to go into town for shops, sight seeing, or restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying at this property and we will definitely be coming back.

Great location and awesome hospitality!

From start to finish everything was an A+. The hosts we extremely friendly and helpful right from the start. Our flights were booked and golf cart rental were all organized with Brittany and Mike and it was easy Beliz-ee. The location of the property was perfect. Close enough to everything but once on the property there is a great little shared space with pool. A perk was waking up and sitting on the loungers right on the beach!! The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Loved the restocking or our fridge with beer and water!! Thank you!! Restaurants: Patz was one of our favs for breakfast, Sandy Toes has amazing burgers in an awesome small bar. Thanks again for a great memory. We will never forget golf carting around in San Pedro!

Beautiful condo, property & extrodinary conciegre service

The property of four buildings, three pools, and lush surroundings was extraordinarily beautiful. The concierge service that Kimberly and Chad provide was outstanding. They eliminate the stress of traveling to a new county by making TropicAir, golf cart, and diving reservations for you. And to top it off, they meet you at the San Pedro airport and transport your luggage to your condo as you follow them in your rented golf cart. During your stay, both Kimberly and Chad are readily available to answer all of your questions and to provide you with crucial local advice as to what restaurants and bars are their favorites. The most important advice that we received was who we should scuba dive with during our nine-day visit. They recommended Chuck & Robbies Dive Shop, and they were outstanding. We have visited many Caribbean islands over the last ten years, and Chuck & Robbies is top-notch! What an unbelievable experience!

Perfect location for daughter's destination wedding plus family vacation

Reason for our visit was due to our daughter's destination wedding. Property was exactly like it was listed and no surprises. Our hosts (Brittany & Mike) were awesome by responding to all inquiries prior to and during our stay, especially in arranging for extras (bottled water/beer/sode, flights to/from mainland, golf cart rental, scuba/snorkeling & fishing excursions, dining/shopping recommendation. We also appreciated that they met us at the San Pedro airport to show us how to operate the gas-powered golf cart plus navigate through town, and then returned us there when we (sadly) had to leave. This isn't a gated or huge resort, which we liked as we're not into such "exclusive-ness". We were looking for a nice/well-kept/reasonably priced property nice with lots amenties (i.e., full kitchen, 2+ baths, laundry) and large enough to entertain wedding guests. We also wanted to be mid-way between wedding events (pre-wedding reception south of airport and actual wedding north of San Pedro) and away from the noise/congestion of downtown but still just a quick drive away or walk-able. We also appreciated that the dive and fishing boats came to the dock at the property to pick us up and return us. Weather was good during our 6-day stay. But due to wedding events and a couple days of iffy weather, we only had 1-day of scuba diving, We hope to come back to dive the Great Blue Hole and we would definitely consider returning to this property!

Highly Recommend and We Will Be Back

I highly recommend staying at the Landings condos managed by Kim and Chad. The great location just north of the bridge is way quieter than in town, but close enough to be convenient with some great dining options in walking distance. The Bermuda Beach condo was the perfect home away for our family of four with all the amenities we needed and beautiful morning sunrises from our balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Kim and Chad helped to make our first time stay on the island memorable. They hooked us up with all their recommended transportation options to and around the island in addition to taking us with our luggage to and from the airport. They also arranged for all our excursions with top notch professionals for our scuba diving and deep-sea fishing. We will definitely be back.
