Great Vacation Spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The hotel is a great location. We felt we were at home away from home. We were near everything that we needed as far as shopping restaurants and excursions. The location gave us options to rent a golf cart to explore the island or explore it by cruising the Shores.

Belizean Reef

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room itself was fine. There were a lot of construction noises that got very loud. I suppose a room on the ocean side might be better. My view was a dilapidated house. There was no hot water for a shower. To me, this is a deal breaker. I mean come on.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear the room itself met your expectations, but we're truly sorry that the construction noise next door affected your stay. We're also very sorry about the issue with the hot water and we apologize that it impacted your experience. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have addressed it as quickly as possible. We checked the hot water system and found that the temperature setting may have changed due to a brief power outage. It has since been reset to the proper temperature. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments, as they help us improve. We hope to see you again.

First time in San Pedro

We love to walk while on vacation. The location was close to everything in town, yet quite.

Yvette the property manager is extraordinary!!! The room was everything we needed. We were treated like family.

Nice, no frills stay.

The property is nice. There are no resort extras, which we were happy about. Just a room with a kitchen, exactly what we were looking for. Nice staff, great location.

Belize winter get away.

Property is right on the beach in San Pedro. Great access to the beach and restaurants. Our room was clean and functional. Staff on site are fabulous, thanks to Yvette and her team, made our holiday great. Ray & Elaine

Relaxing Get Away

This studio apartment was clean & comfortable. Kaitlynn was super helpful and attentive. She organized our excursions and our golf cart. This location is superb. Short walk to many restaurants & over-the-water Palapa bars, sandy beach, town, and to our excursion company. We had a very relaxing stay.

This is where we will stay next time. The only change would be to try Tropic Air because the entrance to their counter is directly across the street and we would not need to carry our bags several blocks. We walked to everything. The dive shop (Amigos del Mar), restaurants, the ferry. There is an Indian place right next to it, Oh! Bombai. We ate there the first night because we were tired and hungry, we ate there every additional night because it was the best Indian food we’ve ever had. Our room was WAY better than we expected. Not bait and switch. Clean, spacious, eclectic, quaint, charming. The host is great and very helpful. It is an extreme value.

Excellent stay

Easy access to everything. Very comfortable. Always able to reach someone if needed. They arranged for our golf cart and put us in touch with great tour group. Definitely would return.

The room was very nice and clean. Kaitlynn was amazing as our host. Continuous communication before we arrived and were super flexible when we had to change our dates of arrival by a day due to a scheduling conflict. They offer everything from local booking of activities and golf carts to advice on restaurants. Bed was soft for my liking but that is just me. We used the out front beach chairs but found it to be too hot with no access to shade. Planting some palm trees around the property would be amazing for shade or at the least have umbrellas to escape the blazing sun. Water out front is nice. We felt totally comfortable and safe.

Drinking water provided. Sadly, unexpected tropical storm Sara ruined my last couple of days, no fault of the property.
