Although the house is beautiful, my family and I were very disappointed with the care of the home and communication from the property managers, CasaGo. To begin there was a paper stating the house hadn’t been cleaned since May. There was no extra paper towels, toilet paper, or trash bags for our three day stay. We arrived 7/3/26 in the afternoon and there was no running water. We were initially told they knew about the issue and someone would be out to fix it. The guy from maintenance said the pump that was broken was unfixable. The only solution CasaGo could offer was for the water to be fixed the next day in the evening. After many phone calls with them they finally agreed to bring us 2 barrels of water so we could at least have water for our necessities. We had a barrel on each level and we had to haul water back and forth everytime we had to use the restroom. The water they provided was still not enough and we had to make multiple trips to the store to buy more. Pump was fixed Saturday afternoon but overheated shortly after due to the owners of the house not wanting to spend the money on a bigger pump. Throughout our 3 day stay we only had running water for a couple of hours and the lights went out twice. Over all, we were disappointed and CasaGo manager was of no help to the situation. After all the trouble we were only reimbursed 197 out of the 1300 total. Only person with any compassion for the situation was a representative, Cindy.
