Sleeps 16 in beds and can accommodate more on the big sectional & 2 other comfy couches.
Granita & Travertine tile throughout. Stunning kitchen flanked with a bar that seats 6 or more. 2 Dinning tables seats 10 to 12 more. Kitchen & living rooms open to the patio and beach.
Master bedroom has private access to beach patios.
American Direct TV Phoenix feed.
High speed wireless internet enables kids & adults to keep up with school & work.
Large shaded patios right on the beach.
Propane BBQ. Grill steaks & Chicken or Fresh shrimp & fish from our Sea of Cortez.

Amazing Stay and Hosts

We loved the house. Plenty of space for all of us. We loved that there was plenty of space to park our cars and trailers. Sand trails for riding around the corner. Very private beach and was basically our backyard. Would recommend this place to anybody.

Beautiful home and great location.

The home is awesome. Very clean, and comfortable. Nice area and steps from the beach. Our family had a great time. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay! The house is wonderful, clean and has everything you need! Location is easy to find and safe! Kim is great to work with and very responsive! This is the second time we have stayed in this home with our family and friends and we look forward to staying here next summer too!

Beautiful Home right on the beach

The home was even nicer than I thought it would be! I felt like I was staying at a friend's place. For us main attraction was the beach but we got so much more. Kim was very good with communication and we would book with her again.

Great 5 nights.

Great property, lovely patio and wonderful beach with huge kitchen. 6 of us enjoyed 5 nights. Highly recommend. Kim and Barney were very responsive to our 2 minor issues. Super easy to deal with.

A WONDERFUL AND SAFE GETAWAY

FIRST OF ALL. THE LUKEVILLE BORDER CROSSING IS BACK TO NORMAL. SAFE, PLEASANT AND RESONABLY QUICK. I NEVER FELT UNSAFE THE ENTIRE TRIP. THE RESIDENCE WAS PERFECT. THE SUNSETS WERE PERFECT. KIM AND BARNEY (THE PROPERTY MANAGERS HAD EVERYTHING SET UP FOR US. THE ONLY TIME I CALLED KIM WAS TO THANK HER AND SAY GOODBYE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE RESIDENCE AND THE MANAGERS.

Beautiful property

This is a very beautiful property, stocked with just about everything you’ll need and more. The host Kim is super communicative, helpful and very respectful. She even provided contact information for paddle board and kayak rentals. It is beachfront and you literally can see dolphins! I loved that there were so many sea shells and crabs which isn’t common near the resorts anymore because of the visitor traffic. Kim was amazing in working with me because there happened to be a hurricane the weekend I was planning on going and she was so kind in rescheduling my trip. The home is a little further than expected about 30 minute drive to the Malecon; but if you prepare properly and don’t plan on visiting the city center it’s not a big deal. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, perfect for families.

Beautiful, relaxing beachfront home

Our family stay was truly a vacation. The kids had a wonderful time playing on the beach, while the adults joined in or watched from the patio. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Gorgeous beautiful home! Highly recommend!

Perfect for the family

A quiet and peaceful place to stay with the family. Great view of the ocean and convenient access to the beach. The house is beautiful and clean. We especially enjoyed cooking at home and eating together as the sun went down...beautiful sunsets! Kim is responsive and easy to work with. She made the whole process seamless. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect home for a family vacation!

Overall we had an amazing time, home is beautiful, spacious, and most of all an amazing access to the beach. The only thing I would say is if you want to be near town this is not the place for you....but if you want peace, space and somewhere you can take the whole family to include little ones this is the perfect home! Kim was amazing and very communicative leading up to our stay and made herself available for anything we needed. Overall our trip was amazing!

As close to the beach as it gets!!

This home was very nicely put together. It is a U shape so when you have a lot of people (as we did) it helps to not hear anyone else once you are in your room. The beach could not be any closer & it's private for a few homes. When the tide is out there are so many tide pools to play in and the waves are so soft and easy to swim in. You can go out really far and it is still shallow. When the tide is up it is closer to the house so from the huge back patio you are so close to it but not too close for comfort. This beach is all sandy. My kids were swimming when the tide was up and there was about 5 dolphins swimming with them. The house is bigger than it looks! We really enjoyed our stay. Great hosts. Home is packed with so many goodies. Peddlers come along the beach to the back patio with everything from horses to ride, jewelry, and drinks with or without alcohol. The home is about a 30 minute drive from Sam's Club. We enjoyed being futher out for a more private experience. We felt safe the entire time. Great sunrises, sunsets and moon photos!! ** side note. The road this house is off of is very bumpy. I ruined my rims on my Suburban. 4 wheel drive isn't needed but I would be cautious as the sand is loose here and there and the bumps are awful.

Relaxing Beach Stay

Perfect getaway!

This was our first travel since Covid last year. We wanted a clean, private space. This place was perfect. The beach was magical and practically ALL OURS. Even having neighbors, we had plenty of space to play freely. Lots of space inside too. Well-stocked kitchen, more than anyone would need. Kim, the property manager was great with questions and answered right away when I couldn't find the code. They are just a few houses down so I felt like we had help had we needed it. Very clean!!!
